Role Description We are a fast-growing company, and everyone wears several hats. We are building a highly skilled support team to ensure that our customers succeed with our CNAPP products. Your Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention. - Act as the main point of contact for key customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their goals. - Develop strong relationships with decision-makers within existing accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Develop and execute account strategies to maximize growth within existing customers. - Generate new business by identifying potential customers, conducting outreach, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close. - Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of Cloudanix solutions to customers. - Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by driving new business, upsell opportunities, and managing renewals. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure both customer satisfaction and revenue growth. - Travel as required within your territory. Qualifications - 3-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably within the SaaS or cloud infrastructure space. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably in cybersecurity product domain. - Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security tools. - Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer accounts and pipelines. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and product teams.
