Hyperscale Account Manager

Iron Mountain

• Serve as the primary point of contact to respond to client inquiries, communicate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and facilitate alignment meetings across internal business teams. • Partner cross-functionally to ensure client assets are accurately received, processed, and reconciled while investigating discrepancies to implement process adjustments. • Interpret client Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOW), collaborate on project scoping, and oversee third-party vendors for warranty management and asset disposal. • Gather operational data to generate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), manage monthly client invoicing, and submit accurate monthly settlement reports to Finance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing client relationships, driving program execution, and troubleshooting client issues within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong capability to interpret commercial contracts (MSAs/SOWs), oversee project invoicing, and perform detailed data analysis for client reporting packages.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills alongside strong time management to prioritize multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is strongly encouraged, alongside proficiency with business software tools and the flexibility to travel throughout the United States.
