Role Description We are looking for a Junior Partner Account Manager (fluent in Chinese, Russian, and English speaking) to join our Content Sufficiency team in Content & Service Quality Operations department. - Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control; - Analyzing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities; - Developing and implementing content sufficiency and quality strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders; - Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests; - Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines); - Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimization. Qualifications - Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+; - Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+; - Excellent communication skills; - Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims; - Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel); - Advanced user of Google Workspace. Role Description The Senior Account Manager plays a critical role in driving client success by building solid, trusted partnerships and delivering strategic value across a portfolio of external payer clients within Optum’s Transplant Solutions. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive relationship management, strategic guidance, and operational excellence. This role serves as the primary point of contact for payer clients, third party administrators, clinical management vendors, consultants, and internal partners, ensuring seamless delivery of Whole Health Solutions across products such as: - Transplant - Oncology - Kidney - Dialysis - Congenital heart disease - Ventricular assistive devices - Cell and gene therapy The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build solid relationships with key decision makers of each client, and solid organizational skills. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-visibility client environment and requires the ability to quickly assume ownership of complex accounts with minimal oversight.
