• The Lead Security Engineer (Cloud & Enterprise Security Engineering) is responsible for designing, implementing, hardening, integrating, and continuously improving security technologies across varied domains. • Translate security requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions. • Engineer secure-by-default solutions, improve platform capabilities, automate security functions, and drive long-term technical maturity. • Own complex technical initiatives from design through implementation, support, optimization, and documentation. • Create and maintain actional documentation including architecture diagrams, standards, SOPs, and runbooks.

• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for AI initiatives and related technology programs. • Provide oversight of risk, compliance, documentation, and controls. • Partner with stakeholders and leaders to align governance requirements with project planning, delivery, and execution. • Lead and coordinate teams while collaborating closely with peer functions across technology and business operations. • Support project governance using Traditional and Agile SDLC methodologies and collaboration tools such as VSTS, Jira, and similar platforms. • Recommend improvements to policies, processes, and governance structures. • Communicate governance expectations, project status, and recommendations effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Develop and lead change management and adoption strategies for AI engagements, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training support. • Partner with business leaders, project teams, and peer functions to assess readiness and address barriers to adoption. • Coordinate cross-functional activities to support smooth transitions from design through implementation and sustainment. • Recommend and document policies, procedures, and change practices that improve organizational effectiveness. • Support project planning and execution using Traditional and Agile SDLC methodologies and collaboration tools such as VSTS and Jira. • Monitor adoption outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions where needed. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels to build understanding, commitment, and alignment.

• Lead project and portfolio management activities for AI programs, including planning, status tracking, risk management, and reporting. • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and peer functions to support effective project delivery and communication. • Apply Traditional and Agile SDLC methodologies to manage timelines, dependencies, scope, and resource coordination. • Use collaboration and project management tools such as VSTS, Jira, and related platforms to drive visibility and accountability. • Develop and maintain project governance documentation, standards, and procedures. • Supervise team members and support continuous improvement in project execution practices. • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Identify, pursue, and secure new client partnerships in need of executive search services. • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach. • Conduct initial discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs and articulate our value proposition. • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and maintain accurate CRM records. • Collaborate closely with the internal recruiting and delivery team to ensure seamless client handoff and onboarding. • Stay informed on industry trends, talent challenges, and competitive landscape to strategically position our services. • Consistently meet or exceed business development targets and KPIs. • Support the development and adoption of growth opportunities such as: creating new partnerships, introducing new markets, and/or developing new approaches to add value to current customers. • Develop business cases to support investment decisions. • Develop and use strategic approaches to generating demand and sales. • Manage all phases of business development from translating corporate strategy into action to sourcing new business opportunities to negotiating and closing deals. • Lead the implementation phase through collaboration with specialist functions such as marketing, sales, and client service. • Implement strategic planning, including positioning, market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning. • Participate in pricing and solution/service. • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. • Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators. • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met. • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Achieve annual new revenue objectives through consultative sales to new clients and expansion of service lines to existing clients • Build an active pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads from personal contacts, external centers of influence, client referrals, CBIZ associates, and CBIZ marketing sources • Develop and present recommendations to clients based upon the consultative selling approach • Communicate with leadership, providing field input on market trends, competitor analysis, and other business intelligence • Work with client service team to serve clients and retain business

• Support project teams in executing AI-related tasks, documentation, analysis, and implementation activities. • Prepare presentations and supporting materials to communicate information clearly to a variety of audiences. • Contribute effectively within a team environment while supporting client and internal project needs. • Maintain certifications and licenses required for the assigned area of expertise. • Use applicable technology proficiently to complete assigned responsibilities and support project delivery. • Communicate professionally in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders. • Travel as needed based on client and business requirements.

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures, including data, model, application, integration, and security considerations. • Provide expert technical leadership across AI initiatives to ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and supportability. • Evaluate tools, platforms, and patterns to recommend effective and compliant AI solution approaches. • Lead and coordinate the technical activities of others, ensuring alignment between architecture, implementation, and operational requirements. • Document architecture decisions, standards, policies, and procedures to support consistency and governance. • Partner with stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable technical solutions. • Support deployment planning, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement of AI solutions.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations and scope. • Provide oversight of project teams, delivery methodologies, resource allocation, and issue resolution across multiple engagements. • Collaborate with market development, architecture, engineering, and governance leaders to deliver integrated AI solutions. • Manage client relationships throughout engagement delivery, including status communication, risk mitigation, and escalation management. • Drive delivery standards, process improvement, and reuse of leading practices across projects and teams. • Support financial management of engagements, including forecasting, utilization, margin oversight, and change management. • Model strong leadership, client service, and professional integrity in all work.

• Build, configure, and test AI solution components according to architectural designs and business requirements. • Prepare technical instructions, implementation guidelines, and supporting documentation for systems and processes. • Document daily activities, technical updates, and system functions to support delivery transparency and operational continuity. • Coordinate with team members and lead technical tasks as assigned to support successful solution development and deployment. • Participate in troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancement of AI-enabled applications and integrations. • Collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicate progress, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders. • Use applicable technology proficiently to support development, testing, and implementation work.
