Role Description We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can build and own our marketing function from the ground up. This isn't a role where you execute someone else's playbook. You'll set the strategy, run the experiments, manage paid channels, and work cross-functionally to drive meaningful growth for Octane AI. You'll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success, translating what we build into why it matters, and turning that into pipeline, activation, and retention. Qualifications - 3-5+ years in a growth, performance, or product marketing role at a SaaS or eCommerce company - Hands-on experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, not just reporting on them - Track record of owning and executing product launches or major go-to-market moments - Experience with email marketing platforms (Hubspot or Beehiive experience is a plus) - Bonus: experience in the Shopify ecosystem or working with eCommerce brands - Bonus: startup or small team experience where you wore multiple hats Requirements - AI fluency: you know how to use AI tools to move faster and work smarter - Strong analytical instincts: you set up tracking, read dashboards, and make decisions from data - Clear, direct communicator in writing, in decks, and in cross-team conversations - Strategic and hands-on: you think in systems but you're not too precious to execute - Growth experimentor: you know how to run tests, read results, and iterate without over-engineering Mindset - You take ownership. Role Description We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns and help drive StackAdapt's virtual events and webinar program. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and data-driven β responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and awareness while ensuring live virtual events and webinars remain a consistent source of education, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination. This role works closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Content/Web, Performance Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to align campaign strategy with GTM priorities and ensure seamless execution across functions. This role reports to the Director, Digital & Integrated Marketing. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position. What You'll Be Doing - Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting pipeline growth, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives with a multi-channel lens, spanning email, paid social, programmatic, virtual sponsorships, content, and digital channels. - Own end-to-end execution of live virtual events and webinars using BigMarker β from topic selection and speaker coordination to promotion, live delivery, and post-event follow-up. - Lead campaign kickoffs, cross-functional alignment meetings, and project management to keep deliverables on track across content, design, and digital teams. - Track and report on campaign and event KPIs β including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics β and deliver post-campaign analyses with actionable recommendations, working closely with the Marketing Operations team. - Support quarterly G2 review collection campaigns and amplify G2 assets across owned and paid channels in coordination with Product Marketing. - Take ownership of the integrated campaign calendar and virtual event program with minimal ramp time. - Build trusted working relationships across PMM, Content, Sales, and Digital teams. - Pipeline Impact: Total lead (MQL and SQL) contribution and overall pipeline influenced by your integrated programs. - Program Performance: Webinar and live virtual event attendance rates, alongside audience engagement scores. - Execution Metrics: On-time and within-scope campaign delivery, plus a 100% completion rate on post-campaign analyses. What You'll Bring to the Table - 3-5 years of marketing experience (B2B, AdTech, SaaS, or Martech preferred) with a track record of owning integrated campaigns end-to-end β from planning through performance analysis. - Hands-on experience managing live virtual events and webinars using platforms such as BigMarker or ON24, including full run-of-show and live operations ownership. - Strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional communication skills across teams including Product Marketing, Content, and Sales. - Proficiency in analyzing campaign (HubSpot, HockeyStack, or similar) and event performance data to generate insights and optimization recommendations tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes. - Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Compensation The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidateβs current location. This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
