• Design and build high-performance features in Flutter/Dart, while maintaining and extending the native calling stack — SIP clients, audio handling, CallKit/ConnectionService integration — in Kotlin and Swift. • Own features end-to-end within our feature-first clean architecture: Bloc/Cubit state management, repositories, immutable state, and 90%+ unit-test coverage on business logic. • Work at real scale: a melos-managed monorepo with 100+ packages, strict dependency hierarchy, code generation (freezed / json_serializable), and shared design system. • Ensure reliability of a real-time product: monitor releases with Crashlytics and analytics pipelines, investigate call-quality and stability issues, and drive performance optimization. • Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of our mobile platform — from package design to migration of legacy patterns to the current architecture. • Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, QA, and designers as part of a cross-functional product team. • Improve our engineering toolchain: GitHub Actions CI/CD, automated store/TestFlight releases, diff-coverage gates, and code-quality automation.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support ingestion, transformation, and delivery into centralized feature stores, model-training workflows, and real-time inference services. • Build and optimize workflows for extracting, storing, and retrieving semantic representations of unstructured data to enable advanced search and retrieval patterns. • Architect and implement lightweight analytics and dashboarding solutions that deliver natural language query experience and AI-backed insights. • Define and execute processes for managing prompt engineering techniques, orchestration flows, and model fine-tuning routines to power conversational interfaces. • Oversee vector data stores and develop efficient indexing methodologies to support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows. • Partner with data stakeholders to gather requirements for language-model initiatives and translate into scalable solutions. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data processes, workflows and model deployment routines. • Should be willing to stay informed and learn emerging methodologies in data engineering, MLOps and LLM operations.
• Support the execution of paid campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X and others, assisting with strategy, setup and daily optimization. • Help develop and execute channel strategies to contribute to user acquisition targets (CPI, CPA, ROAS). • Analyze the full performance funnel from ad impression through install, activation and downstream conversions, connecting paid media inputs to outcomes that inform budget and optimization decisions. • Support creative testing from concept to completion, executing A/B tests and helping establish a structured testing framework. • Monitor and measure creative performance to evaluate how UA optimizations and changes influence results. • Identify areas of improvement by analyzing performance data and converting insights into clear actions. • Support the day-to-day collaboration with designers and creative teams to ensure ad assets are aligned with each app's messaging and audience. • Continuously seek to learn and experiment with new channels, optimization strategies and creative concepts, staying ahead of the latest trends in mobile user acquisition. • Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools to support day-to-day marketing tasks, from creative production and copywriting to campaign workflows and performance analysis.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive MLOps strategy that enables the seamless integration of machine learning models into our environment. • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and automated MLOps pipelines (data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring). • Build internal tools or integrate existing solutions for versioning, model registry, CI/CD, and observability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure for machine learning workloads. • Own the full development lifecycle from design to incident response. • Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand model requirements, deployment needs, and data dependencies. • Enhance fraud detection systems using machine learning
