Qualifications - Minimum 5+ years of AutoCAD design experience in engineering, architecture, manufacturing, or related fields. - Expert level proficiency in 2D AutoCAD with the ability to produce complex, highly detailed drawings. - Strong understanding of engineering principles, steel structures, and construction/manufacturing processes. - Proven ability to lead design efforts and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including 3D modeling groups. - Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills. - Experience in material handling, automation systems, or industrial environments is a strong plus.
