Role Description Symbotic is seeking a Buyer to source and procure spares and Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) components across the Symbotic system. This role partners closely with Planning and internal stakeholders to align procurement strategy with demand, builds and manages key supplier relationships, and drives cost savings through vendor consolidation, negotiation, and strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate brings strong SAP/MRP proficiency and data analysis skills to inform purchasing decisions and proactively manage material availability and supply risk. Role Description The Project Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, and testing of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)-controlled equipment at customer sites. This role involves hands-on work with electrical technicians to: - Bring up control cabinets - Load and configure PLC software - Execute tests to verify system functionality and performance The Onsite Commissioning Project Engineer serves as the single point of contact for all onsite commissioning support, training, and issue resolution. Role Description We are looking for a Teleoperations, Technical Support Specialist to join our Vietnam-based customer support group within the Perception Infrastructure engineering team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in swiftly resolving issues using state-of-the-art tools in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include real-time problem-solving by temporarily assuming control of robots’ autonomy, ensuring seamless operation, and maintaining system efficiency. Role Description Symbotic is seeking a highly motivated Buyer to support critical material needs across our Supply Chain organization. This individual will bring a “think outside the box” mentality, strong analytical capability, and a passion for teamwork in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What you’ll do: - Execute rapid-response purchasing activities to support urgent, unplanned material requirements from customer sites. - Manage critical material requests from intake through fulfillment, including purchase order creation, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking. - Act as a primary point of contact for site-driven escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders. - Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to expedite materials while maintaining quality and compliance standards. - Leverage existing supplier relationships and agreements to accelerate lead times and resolve supply issues. - Partner with Service, Engineering, Planning, and Project teams to understand requirements, validate specifications, and prioritize critical needs. - Track and report on order status, risks, and delays, ensuring visibility across stakeholders and leadership. - Identify recurring demand patterns and supply risks; support mitigation actions to protect project schedules. - Drive process improvements to reduce response time, improve material availability, and enhance supplier performance. - Maintain accurate purchasing data and planning parameters within ERP/MRP systems. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain execution roles. - Experience supporting automation, material handling systems, service parts, or project-based environments preferred. - Demonstrated ability to execute under tight timelines and manage competing priorities. - Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred). - Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred. - Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Role Description As our Senior Operational Auditor, you will lead operational audits focused on large capital construction projects, supply chain operations, and inventory management to assess operational effectiveness and internal controls. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, provide actionable recommendations, and support continuous process improvement. This is a hands-on position in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and the ability to make a meaningful impact. This role reports to the Director, Internal Audit. What you'll do - Perform audits over project execution and monitoring functions for large capital projects, supply chain, and inventory management. - Analyze data sets, identify insights, and develop dashboards or presentations using analytics tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams during fieldwork and develop recommendations for compliance, cost control, and improvements in operational efficiency. - Prepare clear audit reports, presentations, and recommendations for management. - Collaborate with stakeholders and work cross-functionally within the organization. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Experience with ERP or project systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Procore) preferred. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in capital projects, supply chain, or inventory management. - Professional certifications e.g. Lean Six Sigma, ISO or PMP a plus. - Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
