• Lead and manage projects from vision through delivery, overseeing the work of 1–2 designers as needed • Plan and execute service development milestones, ensuring timely delivery and clear cross-team communication • Proactively identify and address risks, challenges, and priorities • Define multi-year learning sequences across content, instruction, and academic equity for educators and administrators • Design and develop high-quality professional learning experiences and resources aligned to a Spanish literacy curriculum and project goals • Provide visual design direction to support effective learning experiences • Ensure all content meets quality, rigor, and accessibility standards • Collaborate effectively with the Service Design & Development team and cross-functional partners
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience developing bilingual K–6 curriculum or implementation services, or coaching bilingual curriculum
- Native or near-native Spanish proficiency
- Deep content knowledge and pedagogical expertise in K–6 Spanish literacy and bilingual education
- At least 3 years’ experience facilitating professional learning for teachers and administrators
- Strong expertise in adult learning and professional development best practices
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
