• Drive mission success for Federal agencies by architecting modern, secure data infrastructure solutions in partnership with top Federal Systems Integrators (FSIs). • Collaborate with FSI program leads and Everpure Account Executives to displace legacy storage bottlenecks and win high-value, long-term government contracts. • Own the technical solutioning and architecture design for major Federal program RFPs/RFIs. • Deliver compelling technical deep-dives, custom proofs-of-concept (PoCs), and demonstrations of FlashArray, FlashBlade, and Portworx® by Everpure™ to federal civilian and defense agency decision-makers. • Educate, train, and certify FSI partner engineers and architects on Everpure’s modern data management portfolio.
Technical Design Architect – Data Management

• Architect and deploy Inventa platform solutions tailored to diverse customer environments • Guide enterprise customers through data infrastructure mapping • Diagnose and resolve complex systemic issues involving network connectivity • Build and maintain scalable architecture guides and technical documentation • Synthesize field-tested insights and design feedback
• Develop an exhaustive understanding of what drives a customer’s business and what motivates their decision making • Connect the dots from technology solutions, inclusive of the Everpure portfolio and others from the ecosystem, to measurable customer business outcomes • Partner closely with account managers, specialists and channel partners to create a seamless and holistic customer experience and strategy to drive revenue growth and net new business • Delight customers and teammates with your technical leadership and domain expertise on storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings in the DAS, NAS and SAN product spaces • Take control of evaluations, benchmarks and system configurations • Build and deliver technical product and architecture presentations with vigor to customers and lock in the technical win with clients and prospective accounts • Capture requirements and translate Customer’s business needs into innovative solutions to accelerate their growth and capacity • Seek out and spur new opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance testing/validation • Promote mutual roadmap and planning exchanges • Liaise with product and technical marketing to produce materials (i.e. whitepaper, web presentations) that support overall alliance plans and objectives • Stay current with the competition and ensure that materials accurately reflect the latest, differentiated solution positioning • Move with market trends and competitive landscape to promote thought leadership within our organization • Lead by example living the Everpure Values: Persistence, Creativity, Teamwork, Ownership and Customer-first
• Own a robust sales pipeline for your assigned territory, ensuring consistent activity and accurate forecasting that meets or exceeds quarterly and annual revenue quotas. • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies, mobilizing internal resources (Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Executives) to deliver Pure's total value proposition to key IT and business leaders within your Enterprise customers. • Deepen relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to establish Pure as a long-term strategic partner, directly contributing to the industry's highest customer satisfaction ratings. • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact to final contract, effectively orchestrating team-selling efforts with both internal peers and external strategic channel partners. • Successfully acquire new logo business within the territory by proactively identifying, prospecting, and navigating the target accounts from the boardroom to the data center.
• Act as the primary technical interface for the Services Sales Desk, evaluating complex customer requirements to define the precise project scope, task verbiage, and level of effort required for global deployments. • Author high-quality customer Scopes of Work (SoW), RFI/RFP responses, and specialized rate cards, utilizing pricing models to generate accurate services quotes that seamlessly integrate into SFDC for deal closure. • Align and engage specialty services partners alongside internal field Engagement Management teams to build unified, competitive partner pricing and comprehensive service proposals. • Maintain operational excellence and accurate revenue pipeline visibility by meticulously tracking each services sales opportunity within KeyedIn from initial inquiry to final delivery handoff. • Conduct operational and financial analysis of deal outcomes to refine scoping templates, automate internal workflow processes, and deliver programmatic training to scaling sales teams.
