• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product information. • Manage issue resolution from start to finish, coordinating with Logistics, Print Operations, and Sales teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. • Monitor and analyze customer support trends to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements. • Partner with Operations, Sales, and Program teams to support accounts and improve communication workflows. • Contribute to the creation and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), email templates, and knowledge base documentation. • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Great Minds’ products, services, and policies to deliver accurate and consistent information. • Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with both customers and internal stakeholders. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce, the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Participate in cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Develop, plan, and execute a strategy to achieve regional sales goals with accountability for team performance, pipeline health, and outcomes. • Maintain a deep understanding of state standards, adoption cycles, and legislative developments equipping your team with timely, actionable insights that drive sales strategy and customer engagement. • Act as a product champion in the field—representing our solutions with clarity and conviction, while serving as a critical feedback loop to Marketing and Product to ensure offerings evolve with market needs. • Actively collaborate with the sales leadership team to ensure global success. • Recruit, coach and develop a winning team of field sales representatives who achieve and exceed goals fostering an environment of continuous improvement. • Partner with marketing, product, success, and other internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging, product offerings, and customer experience. • Accurately manage and report territory activity pipelines and forecast. • Work closely with cross-functional teams for support on quoting, customer service, digital activation, success strategy, and sales operations. • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure a cohesive approach to campaign and event strategy throughout the region.

• Provide first- and second-level support for business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Dayforce, and others. • Troubleshoot application issues, including login/access problems, data entry errors, report generation issues, and workflow inconsistencies. • Escalate software bugs, outages, and configuration requests to internal application admins or external vendors as needed. • Monitor incoming tickets, ensure accurate logging and categorization, and maintain SLAs for response and resolution. • Assist users in navigating system interfaces and business workflows. • Communicate changes, outages, and fixes related to business applications in collaboration with IT and business owners. • Create and update user-facing documentation and FAQs in the IT knowledge base. • Partner with internal product owners, IT Business Analysts, and Admin teams to relay end-user feedback and pain points. • Identify opportunities to reduce support volume through automation, documentation, or system enhancements. • Participate in testing of new features, integrations, or releases for supported platforms, as requested.

• Own and drive the Math product portfolio vision ensuring all products reflect the Great Minds knowledge-building approach and are driven by a prioritized focus on student outcomes. • Own and communicate the product strategy for the math portfolio, including the portfolio roadmap, component planning, product and market research, design and prototyping, development, pricing, and go-to-market planning for all products in the product portfolio. • Lead product portfolio strategy for state adoptions, pricing bundles, sampling, and large-district opportunities, consulting with SVP, Product Management on key decisions. • Partner with the content and research teams to reflect the instructional research and the math instructional model in the product design and development process, and to identify critical research questions to explore for product improvement and higher student achievement. • Own the investment strategy and business case development for the math portfolio, working closely with finance and leading cross-functional teams to generate market sizing, competitive analysis, scope, budget, timeline, COGS, and the financial analysis. • Manage budget and financial performance metrics for projects in the math portfolio, escalating material risks and remedies for review and approval, and ensure that all products in the math portfolio are developed efficiently, on time, and within budget. • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues within the product portfolio that may impair the organization’s ability to meet its strategic, financial, and technical goals. • Partner with product marketing, sales, services, and the supply chain teams to define the go-to-market strategy and product pricing across the portfolio. • Own post-launch performance of the math portfolio, including adoption, usage, retention, and renewal metrics, using those signals to inform roadmap and investment decisions. • Manage and develop the math portfolio’s team of product managers, responsible for executing the product vision and portfolio lifecycle across core, supplemental, and customized products. • Set the standard for team culture: one grounded in high expectations, intellectual honesty, and deep alignment to the Great Minds mission of knowledge-building and high-quality instructional materials.

• Maintain administrative contract trackers and notify the assigned Senior Paralegal of upcoming signature deadlines, expiration dates, and other key administrative milestones. • Prepare, format, and route contract documents, signature packets, and related materials for review, approval, and execution, following established templates and procedures. • Process requests for certificates of insurance and standard vendor registration forms, gathering and inputting required information and coordinating with requesters and carriers. • Maintain contract repository by quickly and accurately filing executed agreements, amendments, and related documents, ensuring records are complete, organized, and readily retrievable. • Assign and route incoming contract requests to the appropriate Senior Paralegal for review and assist with locating executed agreements as needed. • Compile administrative data and contract metrics for recurring reports to the Senior Managing Counsel. • Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow-up on communications related to contract processing and internal stakeholder meetings. • Regularly review and update contract management system records, maintaining data entry accuracy and consistency. • Conduct internal audits of contract records and legal documentation and preparing summary reports for attorneys, as needed. • Assist broader legal team as needed with various administrative and organizational tasks.

Role Description Great Minds is seeking a hands-on Senior Data Engineer to lead delivery of reliable, scalable data pipelines and strengthen data platform support that enables trusted analytics and reporting across the organization. We are dedicated to generating and using data to inform strategy and evaluate performance—supporting our mission to drive change from leadership all the way to the classroom. This role is not primarily about building greenfield systems in isolation. It's about owning complexity in a production environment: inheriting integrations that may be imperfect, diagnosing failures under time pressure, and making deliberate decisions about when to fix versus when to rebuild. The right candidate has done this before and can describe not just what they built, but what broke, how they found it, and what they changed so it wouldn't break the same way again. You will own complex source integrations end-to-end, set engineering standards that measurably improve delivery speed and reliability, and build curated datasets using dbt (or similar) within our cloud data warehouse, including Snowflake. You will partner closely with analytics, data governance, and business stakeholders to deliver dependable data products, improve platform observability, and reduce operational burden through automation and best practices. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex pipelines and integrations—including new source onboarding, secure connectivity, ingestion configuration (primarily Fivetran), validation, production deployment, and operational handoff. - Provide advanced platform support across ingestion, transformation, orchestration, monitoring, and warehouse operations. - Design and maintain dbt (or similar) models that transform raw data into curated, consumption-ready datasets. - Establish and promote engineering standards for pipeline development—naming conventions, load strategies, data contracts, error handling, and testing. - Own pipeline reliability end-to-end: implement monitoring and alerting, define SLAs and SLOs around freshness and success rate, lead incident response, and drive root-cause analysis. - Improve platform performance and cost efficiency by analyzing workload and resource usage, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing concrete optimizations. - Implement secure-by-design practices across the platform, including least-privilege access patterns and secure sharing approaches. - Partner with data governance and analytics teams to enhance data quality and trust. - Support deployment and change management for pipelines and warehouse objects through version control, CI/CD patterns, and environment promotions. - Mentor other engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and coaching on best practices. - Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into well-scoped technical solutions. Qualifications - 5+ years in data engineering, platform or data operations, or related roles—with demonstrated, specific ownership of production pipelines and platform reliability. - Advanced SQL proficiency and a track record of diagnosing and resolving production data issues. - Hands-on experience with dbt or a comparable transformation framework. - Experience supporting a modern cloud data warehouse in production, preferably Snowflake. - Experience operating managed ingestion tooling such as Fivetran in a production environment. - Demonstrated experience implementing monitoring, alerting, and operational processes. - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners. - Strong time management and the ability to balance competing priorities. - Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity. Required Education - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a relative quantitative discipline. Status - Full-time - Location: Remote Salary Information The expected base salary range for this position is $88,000-$97,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.
