Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client acquisition within affiliate marketing / adtech (Gambling, Dating, Nutra, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the arbitrage ecosystem end-to-end: traffic sources, affiliate & ad networks, funnels, trackers, monetization
- Hands-on experience working with global markets across Tier 1–3 GEOs and active participation in industry conferences
- Strong network of advertisers / affiliates
- Proven ability to build quality pipeline and close high-value deals
- Experience with lead generation channels and tools (Telegram, LinkedIn, spy tools, AdPlexity, etc.)
- Deep understanding of ad formats (native, push, pop, display) and advertiser needs
- Strong negotiation skills, ownership, strategic thinking, and business-oriented mindset
