Role Description Good ideas move fast here. At DataDocks, we keep things simple. If something makes sense, we try it. If it works, we ship it. If it doesn't, we fix it. No layers. No waiting around for approvals. People talk to customers directly. Product feedback turns into real changes quickly. Everyone here actually owns what they're working on. It's a small team — which means your impact is visible, your work matters, and you're never stuck feeling like you're “one step removed” from the outcome. We build software for warehouse teams still managing dock scheduling with spreadsheets, whiteboards, phone calls, and a lot of manual coordination. It works — but it's clunky, slow, and harder than it needs to be. So we built something better: simple, fast software that actually fits how real logistics operations run day to day. It's already being used by logistics teams across North America. We've grown without outside funding and without adding unnecessary complexity along the way. Now we're looking for someone to help us bring it to more teams. We're looking for a sales professional who enjoys the full process: - Someone who likes talking to customers. - Someone who can understand real-world problems quickly. - Someone who can take a deal from first conversation all the way to close. No heavy scripting. No rigid playbook. Just good fundamentals, good judgment, and the ability to build trust with operators. What You'll Be Doing - Hunt & Close Deals - Build your own pipeline (outbound, inbound, referrals) - Run discovery calls that feel like real conversations, not interrogations - Deliver demos that make people pause and say: “wait… we need this” - Become a Logistics Whisperer - Learn how warehouses actually run (and why it's often chaotic) - Turn real operational pain into clear “aha” moments - Build credibility with operators by speaking their language - Keep Things Moving (Without Being Annoying) - Follow up like a human, not a CRM sequence - Manage deals through a 30–90 day cycle without losing momentum - Know when to push, when to pause, and when to close - Shape What We Build - Work directly with the founder and product team - Share what you're hearing in the field (good, bad, and everything in between) - Help shape how we sell—and occasionally what we sell Qualifications - 5–10 years in B2B sales (SaaS or logistics is a strong asset) - Proven track record of closing deals and owning a pipeline - Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas - Competitive but collaborative, not cutthroat - Genuinely cares about customers - Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment Requirements - Bonus points if you have sold technical or operational software before - Enjoy figuring things out without a 40-page playbook - Naturally look for ways to improve systems and processes Benefits - Remote-first (Canada) — work how you work best - Full benefits – health, dental, all the basics - Base salary + uncapped commission — meaningful upside on every deal - High trust, low micromanagement environment - Your ideas actually shape the product and how we grow - Annual team retreat — no trust falls, we promise Company Description We're a small, ambitious team building software for an industry that keeps the world moving. The work is fast-paced, collaborative, and high ownership. The impact you make here will be visible immediately. Ready? Role Description TireHub is seeking an accomplished and innovative supply chain leader to oversee warehouse operations across its three Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs). This is not a traditional corporate office role; it requires a visionary and entrepreneurial operator who works directly alongside facility leaders on the warehouse floor. The primary objective of this role is to remove barriers for Operational Leaders and their teams, establish a standardized operational blueprint, and drive measurable bottom-line results. Success in this position requires a highly analytical leader who pairs data-driven decision-making with active frontline feedback. The ideal candidate is a collaborative consensus builder who drives execution by listening to the teams performing the work. This role is expected to function as a profit center, fully self-funding through labor optimization, process improvement, and waste reduction, and then deliver measurable contributions to the network’s cost and operational objectives beyond its own cost. A significant focus will be placed on redesigning the labor strategy to reduce dependence on temporary staffing agencies through a hybrid staffing model, while also serving as the critical link between warehouse operations and the field sales organization. This role reports to the Director of Warehouse and Logistics. Qualifications - BS/BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume distribution environments supporting 100,000+ SKUs. - Demonstrated success managing multi-site warehouse operations. - High analytical thinker with strong emotional intelligence, able to translate complex data into clear and actionable direction for warehouse teams. - Deep, hands-on technical proficiency with leading WMS and ERP platforms. - A resilient leadership style, equally effective in high-intensity frontline operations and strategic labor planning. Requirements - Ability to achieve 100% self-funding ROI through ELS implementation and execution of the hybrid labor model to reduce temporary agency dependency. - Beyond self-funding, able to deliver measurable contributions to the cost and operational objectives set for the network. - Ability to maintain 99.8% net wall-to-wall inventory record accuracy (IRA) to minimize shrink and support operational integrity. - Ability to achieve dock-to-stock inbound receiving velocity of less than 4 hours. - Able to drive a 10% to 15% improvement in labor productivity through successful ELS implementation. - Ability to execute a 99.5% order fulfillment SLA to ensure seamless handoffs to the Transportation team. - Strong business and budget management acumen. Benefits - Choose your day one benefits which include a no cost health insurance option. - TireHub funded Health Savings Account. - Additional benefit options including TireHub paid short/long term disability and life insurance benefits. - Paid vacation and holidays. - Parental leave programs. - Build your financial future with 401k including TireHub match. - Access to tire discounts, perks, and so much more! Competencies - Optimize Work Processes: Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done quickly, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost management. - Manage Ambiguity: Can operate effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear. - Drive Results: Consistently deliver results, even within a fast-moving, often-changing, challenging environment. - Collaborates: Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others across all functions of the organization. Working Conditions - This is a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment. - Majority of time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles. - Occasional extended hours may be required during peak periods (month-end close and audits). - Willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time. - This is a remote - US based position.
