Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will lead execution and day-to-day management of a revenue-driven digital ecosystem that strengthens brand visibility, audience engagement, and measurable pipeline growth. This role serves as a hands-on operator across demand generation, social media, content activation, website optimization, CRM, analytics, and marketing technology. - Execute integrated digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, relevance, revenue growth, and engagement across key platforms and channels. - Support how brand is discovered, experienced, and chosen through modern storytelling, omnichannel activation, and audience-first digital experiences. - Ensure all digital initiatives align with brand standards, commercial priorities, and regulatory guidelines. - Drive integrated campaigns across digital, live events, content, public relations, and field channels to expand visibility, demand, and market share. - Manage social media channels, content calendars, publishing cadence, and audience engagement across platforms. - Build engaged digital communities that create advocacy, loyalty, recurring interaction, and trust beyond passive followers or impressions. - Develop content and programs that spark conversation, participation, UGC, and sustained momentum. - Coordinate creators, influencers, ambassadors, and strategic partnerships that expand awareness and credibility. - Support creation and optimization of high-performing content across owned, earned, paid, and emerging channels. - Execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns across paid media, search, social, retargeting, email, SMS, and nurture and automation journeys. - Optimize targeting, media efficiency, landing pages, and conversion strategy to maximize pipeline and return on investment. - Partner with sales leadership to improve lead quality, speed to follow-up, and funnel conversion. - Monitor campaign performance tied to CAC, LTV, ROAS, and sourced or influenced revenue. - Execute SEO, GEO, and LLM discoverability initiatives to strengthen visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging discovery platforms. - Improve content architecture, metadata, authority signals, and organic acquisition performance. - Monitor evolving search behavior, competitor activity, and new channels to identify growth opportunities. - Utilize AI tools to accelerate campaign execution, content workflows, and optimization insights. - Build nurture, retention, reactivation, and advocacy programs that improve customer lifetime value and engagement. - Develop segmented journeys and automated communications across email, SMS, and CRM touchpoints. - Support seamless handoff from lead to opportunity to customer through aligned lifecycle processes. - Manage website, microsite, and landing page strategy focused on UX/UI, conversion rate optimization, and lead capture. - Lead A/B testing, personalization, and continuous optimization across touchpoints. - Ensure digital experiences reflect premium brand standards and commercial objectives. - Build dashboards measuring KPIs, attribution, pipeline and revenue impact, and campaign effectiveness. - Manage CRM and marketing automation systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, and related platforms. - Ensure system integrations, campaigns, lead routing, database quality, segmentation, and reporting accuracy. - Evaluate new technologies, AI-enabled tools, and add-on applications that improve speed, efficiency, and personalization. - Translate performance data into recommendations that guide future strategy and investment. Qualifications - Strong expertise in paid media (SEM, GDN etc…), SEO, GEO, CRM, automation, analytics, and organic and paid social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). - Experience managing Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, or comparable platforms. - Strong understanding of community-driven growth, creator ecosystems, and content performance. - Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action. - Strong project management skills in a fast-paced digital environment. - Commercial mindset focused on growth, efficiency, CAC, LTV, and ROI. - Experience with AI tools and modern digital technologies preferred. - Willingness to travel and support events outside standard business hours. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum four (4) years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or related functions. - Experience managing paid media, CRM, automation, analytics, website optimization, and lead generation programs. - Proven ability to manage campaigns and marketing systems with measurable impact. - Experience within medical devices, aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or regulated industries preferred. Benefits - Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience. - Remote position with occasional travel to corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL.
