Drive new Enterprise logo acquisition and expand solution adoption across existing Enterprise customers by leveraging deep industry expertise, consultative selling skills, and comprehensive knowledge of Eyefinity’s core platform and Encompass add on solutions. Successfully navigate longer, more strategic sales cycles while aligning solutions to executive priorities, enterprise workflows, and long term business outcomes. - Manage and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Key Accounts (6+ locations), including both net‑new Enterprise opportunities and expansion of Eyefinity solutions within existing customers - Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, longer timelines, and detailed discovery across operational, clinical, and executive audiences - Deliver advanced, tailored Eyefinity and Encompass solution demonstrations that address the scale, integrations, workflows, and reporting needs of enterprise retail organizations - Develop a deep understanding of retail and multi‑location optical business models, including operational consistency, scalability, data visibility, and change management - Strategically position and sell Encompass add‑on solutions across the Enterprise customer base, driving incremental value and expansion revenue beyond the core platform - Partner closely with customer leadership to align Eyefinity solutions to business objectives, growth initiatives, and long‑term technology strategies - Assemble and coordinate cross‑functional internal resources (Product, Implementation, Support, Marketing, and Leadership) to support Enterprise pursuits and ensure successful deal progression - Meet with and regularly communicate customer goals, project requirements, and feedback to Executive and Product teams to support competitive positioning and solution enhancement - Represent Eyefinity at national trade shows, enterprise‑focused events, and strategic customer engagements, collaborating with Marketing to support brand presence and demand generation - Maintain expert‑level knowledge of Eyefinity’s full product suite, roadmap, and competitive positioning to confidently address enterprise objections and requirements - Accurately forecast, track, and report all sales activity in Salesforce, including opportunity management, pipeline health, expansion tracking, and strategic account planning - Consistently achieve assigned revenue targets by balancing larger deal sizes, longer sales cycles, and expansion opportunities across the Enterprise customer portfolio Job Specifications Typically has the following skills or abilities: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience - 6+ years sales experience, ideally with Medical software or in the Optometry field, with demonstrated account management, servicing, negotiation, and established customer relationships - Solid experience in CRM Software, ideally Salesforce - Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation - Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/revenue goals as a top performer in a large territory - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills - Demonstrated track record in developing business-to-business relationships - Highly adaptable, positive, resilient, patient risk-taker who is open to new ideas - Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and share successful strategies with teammates - Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent sales opportunities - Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision - Travel as required (less than 50% of the time) - Ability to achieve and maintain any applicable agent licensing requirements for any state(s) within assigned sales territory #LI-EYEFINITY Compensation range for the role is listed below.
