• You take responsibility for the technical development, stability and performance of our Shopify stores. • You work closely with the performance marketing and brand teams and translate growth hypotheses into technical solutions — from A/B tests and landing pages to conversion-optimized funnels. • You think in metrics: you understand how pagespeed, UX and funnel logic affect conversion rate, AOV (average order value) and customer lifetime value — and you prioritize your work accordingly. • You proactively deliver new features and keep themes and apps at a state-of-the-art level. • You build Shopify apps — including integrations with third-party systems — and ensure their integration into existing Shopify stores. • You support our team with technical SEO and ensure a performant, search-engine-friendly foundation. • You keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously learn and apply new tools and practices to steadily improve our web presence.

• Prospect, open, and manage qualified B2B accounts in Florida • Conduct demos, introductions, and follow-ups • Educate partners on Flowell positioning and non-clinical use cases • Forward customer purchase orders to Flowell • Provide pre- and post-sale support to partners (non-clinical) • Maintain pipeline visibility and communicate regularly with the Flowell team • Participate in local events, demos, and community activations

• Community management: Manage and nurture our community across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) in close coordination with our social media team • Active communication with our community: Respond to comments and messages in the Venen Engel brand voice • Develop ideas and formats to increase engagement in the Venen Engel Facebook group and on our social channels • Identify and address relevant topics within the community • Social listening: Monitor and analyze mentions and sentiment related to our brand and products • Conduct independent research on social media, in groups and forums to identify trends and insights • Create regular reports on opinions, trends and competitor analysis • Derive strategic recommendations based on the gathered insights • Content support: Assist in creating appealing content (text, video, audio) for our community, including video editing • Collaborate with the content team to ensure community needs are reflected in communications
