• Develop, maintain, and improve recurring dashboards, reports, and KPI views used by sales leadership to monitor pipeline, bookings, activity, and performance trends. • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business cadences through reporting preparation, data validation, and insight generation for leadership reviews. • Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking to improve visibility into risks, opportunities, and business outcomes. • Maintain CRM data quality by identifying inconsistencies, supporting clean-up activities, and helping improve reporting logic, field usage, and data governance practices. • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Systems teams to address operational questions and support cross-functional initiatives. • Contribute to territory planning, account analysis, sales productivity tracking, and ad hoc analytical requests as assigned by management. • Document workflows, reporting definitions, and operational processes to support consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement.

• Own recurring Application Security activities for multiple product teams, including secure design reviews, threat modeling, code review, testing validation, and remediation guidance. • Assess vulnerabilities and findings from scanners, testing, bug reports, and internal reviews; distinguish meaningful risk from noise and help teams focus on the most important issues. • Validate security fixes and recommend compensating controls or practical alternatives when ideal remediation is not immediately possible. • Improve day-to-day AppSec workflows by tuning checks, refining rules, improving triage quality, and integrating security more effectively into developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines. • Help engineers understand security findings in practical product terms by providing clear prioritization and actionable remediation guidance. • Contribute to secure-by-default development practices by reinforcing standards, reference patterns, and review expectations. • Use structured AI workflows to support complex AppSec analysis, such as broader codebase review, design decomposition, review preparation, and documentation synthesis, while maintaining clear guardrails around prompt and context hygiene, human oversight, and output quality.

• Partner closely with our international sales leadership team to prioritize campaigns & programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth • Monitor market changes & developments in our target regions • Be scrappy and leverage content and programs developed by HQ and tailor them for different local markets we serve • Adjust marketing campaigns based on changing sales trends and priorities in particular countries • Tailor brand messages to address different demographics and cultures • Adjust our messaging and tone of voice across channels and regions • Capable of analyzing large amounts of data to obtain actionable information that you’ll use for our marketing strategies • Coordinate and execute marketing programs and campaigns, driving growth and enhancing Wrike's brand recognition, pipeline and revenue across the EMEA and APJ regions.
• As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our larger global demand generation team supporting the manufacturing vertical. • Your mission is to balance building out the full stack demand generation strategy while leveraging AI to streamline and automate parts of your workflows. • You’ll partner closely with product marketing, content, digital, and sales teams to create high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with enterprise buyers. • Lead campaign kickoff through completion—coordinating with PMM, content, creative, paid digital, web ops and operations teams. • Use data to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements for future iterations. • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership using dashboards, presentations and Wrike updates.
