The Role As Ada’s Lead, GTM Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Sales and Post-Sales teams as Ada continues to grow. Acting as the subject matter expert for sales process, execution and continuous improvement, you will develop key programs to onboard new sellers, drive up close rates, enable on our product and its features, and run events to upskill and energize the teams. Reporting into the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, this role is a high visibility individual contributor who will be working directly with our CRO, CMO and wider executive team. Responsibilities - Build sales materials. You collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to own and maintain pitch decks, case studies, qualification surveys and processes, and related enablement materials. - Drive optimization in our sales process. You bring data and opinions about what blocks sales from happening and develop programs to close the gap on how we can improve. - Develop and deliver onboarding programs. You get new sellers up to speed on Ada’s way of selling, our sales methodology, and our product. - Run sales programs and events, big and small. You will be responsible for designing and sourcing content for our biannual SKO event. You own our weekly continuous enablement program and ensure optimal use of time to reinforce standards and roll out changes. - AI sales assistants and tools. You develop and crowdsource AI tools like Claude Skills to drive productivity in the sales process. - Design and maintain our sales enablement tooling. We currently use Highspot to host our GTM enablement content. You will own this in full and make decisions about how to optimize content delivery. About You - 7+ years experience in Sales or GTM enablement, with experience in a SaaS company. - Eager to operate at both strategic and hands-on level. You have experience building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable sales performance. - Agile and organized. We are a move-fast start-up culture where priorities change often. You have experience creating structure in this kind of environment. - Deep sales expertise. You understand modern enterprise sales processes and methodologies. A plus if you have had a quota-carrying role in the past. - Influential. You have strong stakeholder management skills and build relationships across GTM teams and levels. - Data-driven. You are comfortable in CRM reporting (Salesforce and Gong) and deriving your own insights to power programs.
