About the Role: The Falcon Complete Product Operations (ProdOps) team partners across the business to ensure the ongoing effectiveness, capabilities and scalability of the Falcon Complete organization. ProdOps facilitates this by serving as the governing body responsible for evaluating and integrating new products and/or product features alongside evaluating and enhancing existing business functions and tools. A Sr. Product Operations Manager is focused on managing a dedicated product module. In addition to managing a product module and identifying technical gaps, they will also focus on technical and process-based documentation for the organization. A Sr. Product Operations Manager’s duties will generally vary based on the current business need. • Leads a team of direct report Customer Value Architect staff in account onboarding execution and defining of the customer success plans. • Partners with direct sales leaders and staff to ensure the CVA team is spearheading the expansion of sales within existing and/or new accounts via the new adoption or expanded use of Falcon Flex, while building relationships with key decision makers. • Promotes and supervises the development of competitive business propositions for the company's product portfolio and ensures renewals are achieved via demonstrated realized value and Flex consumption progress. • Ensures the CVA team conducts business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact, as well as develops and delivers Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) featuring value realized analyses, accelerating module adoption, and driving Falcon Flex growth. • Shares adoption insights and value realization proof-points with allied sales teams to enable cross-sell/upsell. • Drives team and self to proactively identify and remediate risks to customer success and value realization, while supporting renewal cycles to minimize customer attrition. • Accountable for CVA team’s efforts in the additional Falcon Flex consumption within a defined sales territory, while driving strategic Flex adoption and planning across strategic accounts. • Partners with customers to develop and execute adoption roadmaps aligned with their security objectives. • Monitor and analyze Flex usage patterns to identify risks and opportunities. • Accountable for precision forecasting and delivering on regular quarterly revenue targets. • Holds self and team accountable for timely documentation within CRM / Marketing software of customer contact and activity data (e.g. names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product information, sales stages, probability, business pain, firm-future commitments, etc.). • Ability to travel as needed to customer and/or internal meetings/events. • Develops and maintains relationships with sales process stakeholders within the company and develops Partner relationships. • Partakes in the quota setting process for team members. • Collaborates with other functions to resolve escalations/customer issues quickly. • Responsible for nurturing career development, selection of staff, managing performance, and pay discussions of team members. About the Role: Directly sells enterprise security software solutions across the breadth of the company’s products and drives incremental revenue within existing customers via usage adoption, product expansion, and renewal of accounts. This field sales role has primary accountability for the company’s relationship within existing accounts upon the transfer of ownership from new business Regional Sales Managers and the Customer Success team. This role is further accountable for the cross-sell and up-sell of company products, to include the use of additional flexible and scalable licensing models (e.g. Falcon Flex), and the subsequent renewal preparation and successful renewal execution of assigned accounts. The role drives effective collaboration with other teams, including new business Regional Sales Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel / Alliances sales teams, Finance and Customer Support, as well as external parties such as Alliance and Channel Partners. This is a field sales role open to qualified candidates in Brazil. What You'll Do: - Owns the growth and retention of existing accounts by way of cross-sell and up-sell motions, prospecting new products and use cases, and identifying opportunities across the buying centers within assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision makers. - Develops and executes a comprehensive business plan for each account, including identifying core customer requirements and mapping the benefits of CrowdStrike’s solutions to customer business requirements. - Owns the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close by identifying renewal risks and engaging stakeholders to resolve barriers to renewal. - Coordinates with internal stakeholders post twelve months from initial customer close, for seamless customer hand-off and to ensure adoption of products, expansion, flexible purchasing model drawdown (e.g. Falcon Flex) and eventual renewal. - Accountable for accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion quota attainment, drawdown on flexible pool models, and breadth of product adoption. - Timely documentation within CRM / Marketing software of customer contact and activity data is required of the role (e.g. names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product information, sales stages, probability, business pain, firm-future commitments, etc.). - Promotes CrowdStrike’s products, maximizes brand recognition and mindshare at all levels, and publicizes success stories. - Provides customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvements. - Work is primarily performed in the field away from home office or company office location in order to accomplish the duties of the position. - At this level, incumbents will have expert-level knowledge of selling the company’s products and services. - Assigned accounts are larger and of the most complex nature, where assigned quota is typically higher than lesser-scoped portfolio sales role levels.
