Role Description We are seeking a forward-thinking Sales Enablement Manager to drive revenue productivity by equipping our sales organization with the tools, content, training, and insights they need to win, at scale. A core focus of this role will be the evaluation, rollout, and adoption of AI-powered tools that enhance seller effectiveness, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, technology, and change management, and will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams. Responsibilities - Sales Enablement Strategy - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with company revenue goals. - Identify performance gaps across the sales funnel and implement programs to improve win rates, deal velocity, and quota attainment. - Define and track enablement KPIs (e.g., ramp time, tool adoption, content usage, productivity metrics). - AI Tools & Technology Rollout - Evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI-powered sales tools (e.g., conversation intelligence, generative AI for outreach, deal insights, forecasting, CRM copilots). - Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of AI tools across sales teams. - Translate AI capabilities into clear, practical use cases for sellers and managers. - Partner with RevOps and IT to ensure seamless integration with CRM and sales tech stack. - Monitor AI performance, adoption, and ROI; continuously optimize usage. - Training & Coaching - Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs, including AI tool training and best practices. - Enable frontline managers with coaching frameworks, dashboards, and AI-driven insights. - Create playbooks, guides, and micro-learning content to support sellers at every stage of the deal cycle. - Content & Messaging Enablement - Collaborate with Marketing to ensure sales has access to relevant, up-to-date content and messaging. - Use AI tools to personalize content recommendations and automate content creation where appropriate. - Maintain a centralized, easily accessible enablement content repository. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Sales Leadership to align enablement initiatives with sales strategy and priorities. - Work closely with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and feedback loops. - Act as the voice of sales in discussions around AI adoption and process improvement.
