Works closely with the Team Lead and Integration Analyst to develop system solutions. Provides support to peers in addressing solutions. The hiring range for this position is $108,325 - $137,038 USD. At G.E.H.A, the current maximum salary for this role is $152,699 USD. While initial compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications, there is a path to work toward this top rate through performance and continued growth within the organization. What your impact will be: - Design, develop and support custom components within a Microsoft Power Platform environment, including: - Custom Dataverse entities including their associated columns, forms, views and dashboards - Model-driven applications - Canvas applications - Power Automate Flows - SSRS Reports - Experience with the creation and deployment of MS Power Platform solutions - Design, develop and support C#.Net Dataverse plugins - Work as a key member of the HCOR R&D team to develop new applications and/or maintain existing applications that are part of HCOR’s product offering - Work with business analysts and end users during system design to determine functional and technical requirements - Plan development activities and monitor progress to completion - Solve problems and make business decisions to perform job duties. • Demonstrate focus in leading a specific Managed Services Engineering Team to achieve financial, operations, customer satisfaction and coworker targets • Understand and align the engineering team to ensure overall Services strategy is implemented • Track, monitor and report Customer Satisfaction Performance Measures, including Customer Satisfaction surveys • Manage workload, prioritize and assign resources • Foster a customer-centric, coworker-first culture

• Complex ABAP programming, testing, and debugging functions related to SAP modules. • Understand the requirements from provided functional designs and transform these requirements into technical designs and development. • Close communication with functional teams /designers and build professional relationships with clients.
