• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, and Delivery teams to define and deliver new product capabilities and enhancements • Design, configure, test, validate, and document all new product functionalities and enhancements • Analyze business processes and market needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization • Drive continuous product evolution by proposing improvements focused on usability, automation, scalability, and operational efficiency • Participate in discovery sessions, backlog refinement, solution design workshops, and product roadmap initiatives • Work closely with technical teams to define and support integrations between OMS+, SAP, AI-based tools, and third-party platforms • Analyze, troubleshoot, test, and validate bug fixes and product enhancements end-to-end • Support product documentation, feature definitions, release notes, and go-to-market readiness • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation capabilities, to enhance the product offering • Act as a product subject matter expert for SAP SD and OMS+ processes

• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; config and develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs • Act as a liaison between the client and the technical teams • Work self-directed and independently • Analyze critical issues and defects and provide SAP/OMS+ solutions accordingly • Utilizes SAP knowledge and expertise to identify issues and implementation opportunities • Coordinate and Run unit tests, integration tests, and regression test cycles.

• Complex ABAP programming, testing, and debugging functions related to SAP modules. • Understand the requirements from provided functional designs and transform these requirements into technical designs and development. • Close communication with functional teams /designers and build professional relationships with clients.

• Auditing tooling — building and maintaining the components that provide visibility, traceability, and audit trails across the DataXstream BTP platform • Infrastructure as Code — writing and maintaining IaC definitions for BTP resources; provisioning, change tracking, and full auditability of every environment DataXstream operates • Secrets management components — building the SAP Credential Store and Azure Key Vault integrations that eliminate plain-text credentials across local development, CI/CD, and cloud and on-premises workloads • Internal platform tooling — engineering the components and automation that reduce manual work across CPE, including provisioning tooling and internal build needs as directed by the Platform Architect and CPE leadership • SAP Cloud Logging Service (CLS) migrations — executing and documenting CLS onboarding across internal and customer environments to establish consistent observability and alerting on BTP • CI/CD collaboration with DevOps — working closely with the DevOps team on pipeline design, build automation, and deployment workflows for BTP-hosted workloads • AI Foundation support — providing supporting engineering capacity to the AI Foundation initiative on BTP as needed • Customer BTP workload support — flexing to assist the Customer Delivery Engineer on BTP customer environments when needed • Participation in CPE on-call rotation for internal platform incident response
