Works closely with the Team Lead and Integration Analyst to develop system solutions. Provides support to peers in addressing solutions. SKILLS · Analyze, design, develop, and implement application solutions in one or more programming languages · Supports applications with an understanding of system integration, test planning, and troubleshooting · Establishes, participates, and maintains relationships with business units, customers, and subject matter experts to remain apprised of direction, project status, architectural and technology trends, risks, and functional/integration issues · Defines specifications and develop solutions, modifies existing solutions, and prepares functional specifications · Analyzes program and application performance using various programming languages, tools, and techniques · Reviews project requests, evaluates alternatives, provides estimates and makes recommendations · Participate in scrum ceremonies, including, refining user stories, establishing acceptance criteria, story sizing, etc. · Take ownership of the delivery of features and capabilities throughout the development process · Review code repositories to maintain current coding standards and participate in peer code reviews · Identifies potential process improvement areas and suggests options and recommends approaches · Troubleshoot issues Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience · 5+ years of experience in a computing environment with multiple programming languages · Experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile processes · Technical toolbox should include: o Build Web APIs using C# o MS Azure experience (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, Container Services) o MS Azure DevOps experience (e.g., GIT Repos, Azure CICD Pipelines) o Familiarity with event driven architecture and messaging o SQL Server o JSON, API and Web Services · Experience with SOAP and SOAP utilities · Experience with Security frameworks (e.g., JWT, OAUTH2) · Experience in creating REST API documentation using Swagger and YAML or similar tools desirable · Experience with Python or other similar languages for building and supporting AI-enabled services, including automation desirable · Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes and tools (i.e. ServiceNow, ADO boards) · Proficient in MS Office tools, (e.g. Excel) · Familiarity with the API Management Life cycle including design, development, security, governance, monitoring, alerting, and versioning · Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness · Effective communication skills; listening, written and verbal; ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders #LI-Remote Work-at-home requirements - Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office. - A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required. - Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms - Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role. - A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information How we value you - Competitive pay/salary ranges - Incentive plan - Health/Vision/Dental benefits effective day one - 401(k) retirement plan: company match – dollar for dollar up to 4% employee contribution (pretax or Roth options) plus a 6% annual company contribution - Robust employee well-being program - Paid Time Off - Personal Community Enrichment Time - Company-provided Basic Life and AD&D - Company-provided Short-Term & Long-Term Disability - Tuition Assistance Program While this is a remote opportunity, at this time G.E.H.A does not hire employees from U.S. territories or the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Maine. The hiring range for this position is $108,325 - $137,038 USD. At G.E.H.A, the current maximum salary for this role is $152,699 USD. While initial compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications, there is a path to work toward this top rate through performance and continued growth within the organization. Job Requirements
