Reporting directly to the Director of Global Payroll & Total Rewards, you'll own end-to-end payroll processing across four countries — the UK, Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Australia — while supporting oversight of several Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements through our partner, Remote. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of payroll operations, compliance, HRIS, and benefits. About the Job The Senior Product Analyst for Payments products at Zone and Co is responsible for driving the successful development lifecycle of our Payments solutions across the Quote to Cash Accounts Receivable products. This role involves serving as the critical link between business stakeholders and the technical development team, ensuring that product vision is translated into actionable requirements. The Product Analyst will specifically focus on identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes—with a crucial emphasis on the Quote to Cash AR automation flows. They are key to ensuring the product meets the needs of mid-size finance teams by generating clear requirements, managing the feedback collection loop, and driving process flow optimization. What You'll Do: - Own Product Roadmap, prioritize and manage the requirements backlog in collaboration with the Product Manager. - Translate business needs into clear, concise, and verifiable technical requirements for the development team. - Identify, analyze, and communicate risks and issues related to requirements, scope, and process changes. - Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate that the delivered solution meets the documented requirements. - Serve as the primary functional resource during the design and development phases, clarifying requirements for the engineering team. - Be the day to day POC for engineering, participating in daily ceremonies and managing key deliverables. - Provide training and support materials for new product features rolled out to business users. - Ensure that all requirements and process documentation are thorough, traceable, and easily accessible. - Work with cross-functional teams to scope projects and manage timelines effectively. - Automate reporting and analytical tasks related to project status and requirements traceability. - Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. - Support data governance initiatives to ensure data integrity and accessibility across finance systems. What You'll Need: - Must have 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, with a focus on enterprise software or product development. - Domain Expertise: strong understanding of the accounts receivable workflows, ideally with direct experience with payment processing (Stripe/Adyen etc.) - Netsuite experience is a must - Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, understand API capabilities, and grasp the nuances of building scalable, secure financial software. - Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to analyze complex market data, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to define winning product strategies and prioritize effectively. - Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences (technical, business, executive). - Execution Focus:success in bringing complex software products from conception to launch and driving adoption. - Agile Proficiency: Experience working in agile development environments. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Role Description We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Director to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Zone&Co's Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) product suite. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the future of how Zone&Co enables businesses to automate their full quote-to-cash lifecycle: - Quoting - Managing complex subscription and consumption billing models - Account receivable automation - Payments This role requires a deep understanding of corporate financial operations, specifically the nuances of: - Quoting - Complex billing (e.g., usage-based, subscription) - Account receivables - Payments You must possess a keen ability to translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, scalable software solutions that drive efficiency and reduce manual effort for our customers. In This Role, You Will: - Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate a compelling, actionable product strategy and vision for the Quote-to-Cash suite, ensuring alignment with Zone & Co.’s business objectives and market opportunities. - Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Mentor, inspire, and empower a diverse team of product managers, product analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders, cultivating a culture of innovation, design excellence, and high performance. - Product Roadmap Ownership: Architect and execute a scalable roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of procurement and payment workflows and delivering measurable value to customers. - Market and Customer Insight Synthesis: Guide the synthesis of customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into product direction and prioritization. - Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive product delivery and successful go-to-market strategies. Qualifications - 15+ years of progressive experience in Product Management within FinTech, Enterprise SaaS, or Financial Operations software, with a direct focus on Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Account Receivables Automation, and/or Complex Billing/Subscription Management. - Deep Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, best practices in billing, AR workflows, payments, reporting and compliance requirements. - ERP Acumen: Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes. Direct experience with Oracle NetSuite (either as a user, consultant, or product manager for a NetSuite-integrated solution) is a significant advantage. - Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, understand API capabilities, and grasp the nuances of building scalable, secure financial software and integrating deeply with a core ERP. - Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to analyze complex market data, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to define winning product strategies and prioritize effectively for maximum business impact. - Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences (technical, business, executive). - Execution Focus: A strong track record of successfully bringing complex Q2C or Billing software products from conception to launch and driving adoption in enterprise environments. - Agile Proficiency: Experience working in agile development environments. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
