• Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and analysis for sports CRM campaigns across Email, Push, and SMS • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to develop, optimize, and scale lifecycle and retention programs using automation, segmentation, and personalization • Design and execute A/B tests across channels, analyze results, and share actionable insights and learnings with the broader marketing team • Manage and maintain the CRM calendar, prioritizing and triaging incoming campaign requests • Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform strategy and identify new opportunities
Role Description As an associate on the CRM marketing team, you’ll play an instrumental role in how SeatGeek communicates with its customers and clients. You’ll be experimenting with email, push, and SMS marketing programs of every flavor – lifecycle, triggered, periodic, ad-hoc, etc. You’ll help project-manage and deploy our retention messaging strategy at every stage, including template design and markup, QA, segmentation and campaign configuration, as well as follow-up reporting and optimization.
