• Review and accurately post insurance and patient payments with precision and efficiency, ensuring alignment with company policy and regulatory standards. • Resolve auto-posted ERA errors on a daily basis, preventing downstream reconciliation issues. • Import and upload payment files from clearinghouses and payer websites; ensure all batches are processed timely. • Manually post payments received via bank lockbox deposits, facility deposits, and RTA checks. • Perform necessary adjustments, billing corrections, auditing, and account analysis to maintain clean and accurate patient ledgers. • Assist with month-end reconciliation and closing processes, ensuring all payments, adjustments, and recoupments are recorded prior to finalization. • Facilitate payment batch processing and collaborate with billing staff to correct posting discrepancies. • Process remote bank deposits and manually post cash receipts deposited to local banks, maintaining timeliness and accuracy. • Collaborate with the Client Relations Manager to research and resolve payment discrepancies, working toward a goal of maximizing electronic payment adoption. • In addition to payment posting duties, provide Accounts Receivable (AR) support as time allows, including: • Researching and following up on outstanding insurance claims. • Preparing and submitting corrected or appealed claims with appropriate documentation. • Assisting with billing problem resolution and recommending adjustments or write-offs to management as needed. • Contributing to revenue cycle integrity by supporting claim resubmissions, appeals, and patient balance review processes.
• Build and manage relationships with key healthcare accounts, including chiropractic clinics and practices, and develop a deep understanding of their EHR needs. • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and client interactions. • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and development teams to create and deliver compelling EHR product demonstrations and proposals. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. • Provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales management team on sales pipeline and revenue projections. • Self-generate pipeline via outbound efforts while also managing inbound leads. • Ensure timely delivery of our EHR software products and services to customers. • Attend healthcare industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscape.
• Onboard teams ranging from startups to mid markets to train their entire RCM staff on billing best practices and support their smooth transition onto the platform • Assist sales as needed on the sales cycle for mid market prospects • Assist sales and other departments as needed as a product specialist on our billing platform for mid market teams • Assist in teaching submission, posting, invoicing, AR, etc best practices on Prompt to teams of all sizes as needs arise • Have a deep knowledge of Prompt Reporting, Industry Accounting and AR practices, and Provide reporting training to teams of all sizes, particularly in the areas of accrual accounting, AR reporting, and RCM KPI data • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis, including the ability to organize, analyze and interpret data sets to support data-driven decision making. • Support client accounting and finance teams in learning to obtain necessary reporting from the Prompt reporting suite • Have a deep knowledge of the full revenue cycle and a baseline understanding of the role EDI/ERA plays. • Establish and nurture relationships with client stakeholders and billing personnel. • Understand unique team needs to help configure and develop workflows with their new EMR/PM system • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively respond to incoming customer inquiries across our single-channel support system • Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding each customer’s unique (and evolving) needs, delivering value, and exceeding expectations • Provide guidance and expertise to billing success managers/team members and interdepartmental partners
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including: • Customer agreements (SaaS subscriptions, licensing, and service terms) • Vendor and supplier contracts • Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) • Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) • Partner and reseller agreements • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to align contract terms with business goals. • Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and compliance matters. • Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation processes. • Support legal operations and continuous improvement of contract management systems. • Stay current on legal developments relevant to SaaS, data privacy, and healthcare compliance.
• Directly manage a team of 5 other engineers, including weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching/mentorship, and strategic prioritization • Mentor up and coming engineers • Participate and contribute to the Code Review process • Participate in the on-call rotation • Lead team syncs, retrospectives and other team-based ceremonies • Conduct technical interviews with candidates to help build the Prompt Team • Design, implement, and manage infrastructure for our cloud-based platforms (AWS) • Create and automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Gitlab / Github Actions) • Build, maintain, and scale containerized applications with Docker and ECS/Fargate. • Ensure system scalability, availability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and automation. • Troubleshoot issues in both production and development environments. • Work closely with development teams to enhance performance, security, and maintainability. • Manage and optimize infrastructure as code.
• Work collaboratively with the product engineering, client experience, and AI engineering teams to identify and resolve issues across multiple products • Meet (virtually) with customers and internal stakeholders to diagnose potential issues • Reproduce, debug, and identify root causes of issues in production and development environments • Write detailed technical specifications for product engineers to reproduce and resolve identified issues • Write performant scripts and database queries to resolve issues and respond to stakeholder requests

• Oversee the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, ensuring 100% accuracy in complex billing cycles and compliance with bespoke customer agreements. • Identify bottlenecks in the billing workflow and partner with the Finance Lead to design and implement automated solutions within NetSuite/QuickBooks. • Perform root-cause analysis on recurring billing discrepancies and implement permanent process fixes while communicating with leadership on the context of the issues. • Audit and validate customer agreements to ensure financial data integrity before account creation. • Create customer accounts and process sensitive financial data accurately. • Manage high-priority or complex customer financial inquiries, translating technical issues into clear, professional communication. • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to resolve structural billing hurdles for clients. • Maintain the integrity of the customer master data, ensuring clean reporting for Senior Management.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our RCM/Clearinghouse capabilities to effectively respond to incoming customer inquiries across our single-channel support system • Resolve common support ticket inquiries in a timely manner. (Clearinghouse rejections, EDI Rules, ERA/EDI Application Help, etc) • Improve and advocate for customer experience by identifying opportunities to enhance our enrollment process and provided EDI/ERA support • Understand customer needs on a case by case basis to ensure a successful transition (NPI/TIN billing combinations, payer mix, unique billing rules) • Ensure ERA/EDI Enrollment Process is underway according to onboarding schedule • Provide customers with relevant enrollment paperwork and provide support if requested • Monitor accounts for rejections or issues specific to enrollment related items throughout the client's implementation
