Account Manager, SMB and Mid-Market, SaaS

Prompt Therapy Solutions Inc

• Manage and grow existing accounts by proactively upselling additional licenses and cross-selling new products. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to uncover new opportunities. • Present Prompt’s suite of products (Prompt Kiosk, Prediction Health, Onus One, PT Wired, Prompt BI) to demonstrate value and ROI. • Conduct periodic business reviews with CSMs to identify whitespace, showcase value, and strengthen partnerships. • Collaborate closely with Client Success and Sales to ensure aligned strategies for account health and growth. • Accurately forecast opportunities, track pipeline, and maintain up-to-date records in CRM.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Account Management or Sales, ideally in SaaS or HealthTech.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue quotas.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), project management software, and analytics dashboards.
