• Coordinate payer portal account setup and enrollment for new client implementations. • Manage user additions, removals, access changes, password resets, and multi-factor authentication. • Maintain company documentation, SOPs, onboarding materials, and operational resources. • Track projects, milestones, action items, and implementation activities across departments. • Coordinate onboarding activities and track completion of client requirements. • Triage and route incoming customer support requests to the appropriate teams.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, customer support, operations, project coordination, revenue cycle management, or related administrative roles.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based business applications.
- Experience working with healthcare payer portals and access management (preferred).
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance and revenue cycle management (preferred).

• The Associate is a developing mid-level consultant responsible for owning discipline-specific deliverables, coordinating with clients and design partners, owning and delivering small projects, and supporting the delivery of larger projects under the mentorship of a more senior engineer. • You’ll work with your Mentor, senior engineers, and Project Leads to develop accurate, coordinated designs while building independence through strong documentation habits and consistent follow-through. • You’ll design systems, prepare drawings, specifications, and calculations, and produce coordinated deliverables—either independently or with the production team. • You’ll begin developing client relationships—building trust through clear communication, reliable follow-through, and thoughtful coordination. • You’ll participate in project meetings, programming sessions, coordination discussions, and construction support, helping maintain alignment with clients, contractors, manufacturers, and design partners. • You’ll contribute discipline scope input for pursuits, prepare early fee assumptions, and assist with proposal coordination. • This position reflects growing capability, emerging leadership behaviors, and increased accountability for delivering disciplined, well-documented, and coordinated work. • Deliver accurate, well-coordinated discipline designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations with consistent follow-through.
