• Lead the end-to-end design process for large-scale product initiatives. • Partner with product and engineering leaders to define goals and success metrics. • Conduct user research and testing to uncover pain points and validate solutions. • Deliver high-quality designs that align with business goals and design systems. • Think in MVPs (minimum viable products): ship the leanest solution that delivers the most value to the most users, with minimal scope creep. • Define and evolve design patterns, contributing to the growth of our design system. • Advocate for user-centered design across the organization. • Mentor mid-level designers to elevate their design skills. • Use AI tools to accelerate the design process without trading away quality or user-centered judgment. • Collaborate on design strategies for multiple products and features.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of complex design work.
- Expertise in design systems, user research, and interaction design.
- Proficiency with tools like Figma and prototyping tools.
- Fluency with AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to work efficiently across research, ideation, prototyping, and documentation.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
