QA Analyst

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing on new and existing features. • Identify, document, and communicate defects to the development team, ensuring timely resolution. • Test AI-enabled product features for accuracy, reliability, usability, edge cases, and unintended behaviors. • Use AI-assisted workflows to improve test planning, test case generation, exploratory testing, documentation, and overall QA efficiency. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, development, and design to review project requirements, provide input during the testing phase, and ensure alignment on quality expectations. • Maintain accurate records of test plans, test cases, and results. Ensure clear and consistent documentation for stakeholders. • Plan and manage daily QA work across multiple priorities, focus testing efforts on the highest-risk and highest-impact areas, and proactively communicate status, blockers, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders. • Contribute insights to enhance testing processes, documentation standards, and workflows. Advocate for quality in every stage of the software development lifecycle. • Take initiative, follow through on commitments, meet expected business results, and consistently look for ways to raise the standard of quality across the product and team. • Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, manages day-to-day priorities effectively, and consistently delivers expected results with limited oversight. • Able to manage multiple testing priorities, sequence work based on risk and business impact, adapt quickly when priorities shift, and clearly communicate tradeoffs or risks.
Job Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably working with healthcare-related software, particularly in rehab therapy or similar domains.
- Solid experience with manual testing techniques such as functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing.
- Experience testing AI-enabled features or a strong demonstrated interest in learning how to evaluate AI outputs, identify edge cases, and use AI or agentic tools to improve QA workflows.
- Strong documentation skills for writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
- Exceptional ability to identify issues and inconsistencies in software and provide actionable feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work with strong follow-through, urgency, and ownership.
