• Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing, billing, and accounting systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions • Collaborating with customers, third-party institutions, and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors • Creating invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a customer • Inputting payment history, upcoming payment information, or other financial data into an individual account • Finding financial solutions for customers who may need payment assistance • Informing customers of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines • Calculating and tracking various company financial statements • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and charges to pay rates • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll/billing transactions • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll wage and hour laws and best practices • Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors • Identify and recommend updates to payroll/billing accounting software, systems, and procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Design and implement LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines, AI agents, chatbots, and generative AI integrations. • Manage AP/AR, invoice processing, collections, and payment runs. • Build, optimize, train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning and data science pipelines. • Process payroll in accordance with AU legislation. • Architect, deploy, and maintain AI infrastructure, including containerized environments, CI/CD pipelines for ML, monitoring, and scalable production systems. • Prepare financial and management reports (BS, P&L, Cash Flow). • Integrate with commercial LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and open-source models. • Support AU accounting compliance; BAS/IAS prep is a plus. • Engage with business users and stakeholders to interpret requirements, scope AI use cases, and translate ambiguous needs into clear technical specifications. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and non-technical teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and user workflows. • Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and responsible AI development. • Document system architectures, runbooks, and handover materials to support long-term maintainability.

• Accurately input and maintain customer records, renewals registers, and internal databases • Generate quotes and contracts in our CRM • Support invoicing and procurement processes • Produce reports and data summaries for management • Work closely with Enterprise, Government, and Service Delivery teams • Partner with the Salesforce admin team on data quality • Identify ways to streamline data entry processes • Support the wider team to keep operations running smoothly
• Review and approved customer account set up in compliance with company standards ensuring all required billing are details on file • Review contracts, purchase orders, and billing terms, and accurately capture billing details in the management information system (MIS) • Prepare accurate and timely invoices and submit them through multiple billing portals • Maintain clear communication with the project accountant team lead and the digital innovation CSM/FSR team via email and messaging portal • Process expense transfer to the correct accounts within the MIS and ensuring proper approval and maintain a clear audit trail • Support the Project Accountant team lead and Digital Innovation CSM/FSR team in coordinating and monitoring billing and collection • Process billing voids and write-offs with appropriate approval • Maintain accurate customer account records, including invoices and contract documentation • Initiate and manage customer account close-outs to ensure all MIS records are complete and accurate • Review and monitor customer record updates in the CRM system, ensuring supporting documentation aligns with MIS billing records • Accurately process payment and follow up with the relevant internal teams where necessary • Monitor collections, maintain AR ledger comments, and engage directly with customers when required • Escalate unresolved collection matter (60+ days outstanding) to the Project Accountant Team Lead and Digital Innovation CSM/FSR team • Ensure compliance with the CSP process • Participate in company wide initiatives, including quality assurance and continuous improvement.
