Proposal Coordinator I

Outforce

• Supports proposal efforts from initial notification through final submission for small to medium pursuits. • Attends scheduled kick-off, review and other pursuit meetings; documents action items and larger strategy discussions; • Issues subconsultant data calls and manages received information. • Assists Proposal Manager and internal stakeholders with proposal coordination activities, including schedules and compliance requirements. • Helps Proposal Manager develop and track proposal schedules, deadlines, and action items. • Supports coordination of proposal reviews under Proposal Manager’s direction, including draft compilation and document distribution. • Assists with proposal production, formatting, editing, and document assembly. • Coordinates corporate form completion for proposal responses. • Coordinates teaming partner data calls and manages received information. • Maintains proposal materials including resumes, project descriptions, text libraries, graphics, and pursuit documentation. • Performs basic quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews for formatting, consistency, and completeness during proposal development and drafting. • Manages the proposal closeout process following submission of a proposal. • Assists with maintaining employee resumes, project information, and credentials within Department master documents. • Contributes to maintaining proposal templates, archives, and tools.
