Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer

Outforce

• Support the design, development, and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) platform • Deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing solutions that support global business operations, financial processes, and system integrations • Design, develop, and maintain customizations within D365FO using X++, extensions, and best practice design patterns • Develop and support integrations between D365FO and external systems • Optimize performance of batch jobs, queries, and data processing routines. • Collaborate with functional analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012)
  • Strong proficiency in X++, Visual Studio, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)
  • Experience with D365FO data management, data entities, and integrations (REST APIs, OData)
  • Solid understanding of finance and operational business processes within ERP systems
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required to perform the duties of this role effectively.
