• Conduct end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes for Technology positions, from job alignment to candidate hiring; • Develop hunting and sourcing strategies using various platforms and search techniques; • Explore new candidate attraction channels and advertise opportunities on the most appropriate channels; • Understand client needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies; • Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, setting priorities according to established SLAs; • Keep job pipelines organized, up to date, and fully traceable in the ATS; • Ensure SLA compliance and monitor recruitment KPIs; • Conduct technical and behavioral interviews; • Build relationships with candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience; • Participate in alignment meetings with clients and internal teams; • Present status updates and progress of positions in regular meetings; • Recommend continuous improvements to recruitment and hunting processes; • Perform other routine tasks related to the area.

• Provide functional support for the SAP BW module; • Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for reports and dashboards; • Support modeling and maintenance of objects in SAP BW, such as InfoObjects, InfoProviders (DSO, InfoCube and ADSO) and Queries (BEx Query Designer); • Monitor data loads (ETL) and identify failures or inconsistencies; • Support data integration processes with SAP systems (FI, CO, SD, MM and HCM); • Develop and adjust reports using SAP BW tools (BEx, Analysis for Office, among others); • Assist in analysis and resolution of low- and medium-complexity tickets (incidents and service requests); • Participate in implementations, rollouts, or improvements; • Interact with business areas to gather requirements; • Document processes and implemented solutions; • Perform functional testing (unit and integrated); • Other area routines.

• Provide functional support for the SAP MM and IM (Inventory Management) modules; • Support SAP users in an AMS support environment; • Assist in the analysis and resolution of low- and medium-complexity tickets (incidents and service requests); • Participate in implementations, rollouts, and improvements; • Perform basic configurations (customizing) in the MM module; • Interact with business areas to gather requirements; • Document processes and implemented solutions; • Execute functional tests (unit and integration tests); • Work collaboratively with other SAP modules (SD, FI, EWM, WM, among others); • Handle Materials Management, Inventory Management, and Brazil localization processes; • Perform other routine tasks for the area.

• Provide functional support for the SAP LE-TRA module; • Support SAP users in an AMS (Application Management Services) environment; • Perform configuration and maintenance of the SAP LE-TRA module; • Propose process improvements; • Interact with business areas to gather requirements; • Participate in implementations, rollouts, and enhancements; • Document processes and implemented solutions; • Work collaboratively with the MM and SD modules; • Work with logistics processes; • Assist in the analysis and resolution of medium- and high-complexity tickets (incidents and service requests); • Execute functional testing (unit and integration tests); • Design end-to-end solutions for the SAP LE-TRA module; • Define functional architecture and best practices; • Resolve complex problems and unstructured scenarios; • Perform other routine tasks as required.

• Lead the functional team for the SAP FI module • Provide support to SAP users in an AMS support environment • Serve as the technical and functional reference for topics related to financial processes • Lead the team of consultants, performing planning and monitoring of activities • Manage priorities, deadlines and deliverables • Define the solution strategy together with architects and managers • Act as the client focal point • Ensure integration between modules and processes • Mitigate risks and resolve conflicts • Monitor project indicators and status • Support business and technical decisions • Conduct accounting closing processes (closing) • Ensure the integration of SAP FI with the CO, MM, SD and HCM modules • Conduct integrated tests, validations and UATs • Other routine activities as needed.

• Provide technical support in an AMS environment; • Support SAP users within the AMS support environment; • Develop, enhance and optimize ABAP objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms (RICEF); • Design and implement backend services for SAP Asset Manager (SAM) and other SAP mobile applications; • Build and maintain SAP Gateway (OData) services for integration with mobile applications; • Work with SAP Mobile Services and SAP BTP to enable online and offline mobile scenarios; • Integrate SAP backend systems with mobile applications using REST, SOAP, OData and SAP Gateway services; • Support and improve Maintenance (PM), EAM and Service Management processes for mobile use; • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions; • Analyze and optimize mobile data synchronization and performance issues; • Participate in testing, deployment and support of mobile solutions; • Perform other routine activities within the area.
