• Conduct end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes for Technology positions, from job alignment to candidate hiring; • Develop hunting and sourcing strategies using various platforms and search techniques; • Explore new candidate attraction channels and advertise opportunities on the most appropriate channels; • Understand client needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies; • Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, setting priorities according to established SLAs; • Keep job pipelines organized, up to date, and fully traceable in the ATS; • Ensure SLA compliance and monitor recruitment KPIs; • Conduct technical and behavioral interviews; • Build relationships with candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience; • Participate in alignment meetings with clients and internal teams; • Present status updates and progress of positions in regular meetings; • Recommend continuous improvements to recruitment and hunting processes; • Perform other routine tasks related to the area.

Job Requirements

  • Mandatory experience as a Tech Recruiter
  • Experience in recruitment and selection
  • Proficiency in Hunting techniques and Boolean Search
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and talent management platforms
  • Experience conducting technical and behavioral interviews
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
  • Experience managing job pipelines and keeping ATS updated
  • Experience working with SLAs, recruitment metrics and delivery targets
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Analytical profile, sense of urgency and results-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Own equipment (laptop/computer) and stable internet connection
  • Technical or University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, People Management or related fields
  • Advanced English for conversation
  • Knowledge of Canva, Advanced Excel and metrics tools
  • Experience in Recruitment & Selection consultancies
  • Experience handling a high volume of openings and supporting multiple clients simultaneously
  • Experience recruiting highly specialized profiles (SAP, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, Security, Development, ERP, AI, etc.)
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and organization tools (Kanban, Scrum, Trello, Jira or similar).
