Role Description At MiniMed, we’re redefining how people living with diabetes access innovative care. We are looking for a Senior Director, Channel Sales to lead and expand our U.S. channel strategy across pharmacy, dealer, wholesaler, and distribution partners. Qualifications - Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Health Administration, or related field. - 15+ years of healthcare sales experience, including 10+ years in account sales leadership. - Or, advanced degree and 13+ years of experience and 10+ years of leadership experience. Role Description MiniMed is the only company that commercializes all parts of a connected diabetes ecosystem — insulin pumps, CGMs, smart insulin pens, and data software. As we scale intelligent insulin delivery systems globally, the integrity, quality, and governance of our data is what makes it all possible. In this highly visible, cross-functional leadership role, the Senior Director, Data Platforms & Governance owns the end-to-end data infrastructure that powers MiniMed’s analytics, AI, and product innovation capabilities. You will architect and govern the trusted data foundation on which our most critical clinical, commercial, and operational decisions are made — in an FDA-regulated environment where data integrity is not optional. You will lead three pillars: - A Data Engineering organization that builds and operates enterprise-grade pipelines and data products. - A Databricks Platform team that owns the lakehouse architecture, Unity Catalog governance, and platform reliability. - A Governance & Master Data function that defines the policies, standards, and MDM frameworks that make data trustworthy at scale. Role Description The Advisory Network Security Engineer will ensure the proper functioning of all network-based security controls across MiniMed. Perform as a leader on a team of network/system operators with the appropriate expertise to deploy, maintain, and operate MiniMed’s security tool stack. Role Description This Sr Workday Analyst will be responsible for ongoing support and maintenance for the functional areas of Workday. You will have specific expertise with using and maintaining systems, solving complex problems, data management, and will lead functional stakeholders through risk and impact analysis of Core HCM enhancements and change requests. You will make decisions about system issues relating, but not limited to, business processes and system configuration, ensuring global compliance with business and statutory requirements, and integration impacts. In this role you will be a trusted liaison between business users and the technology leveraging your knowledge of Human Resource and specialized systems expertise. Role Description US Demand Planner - Develops, integrates and provides account or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning which includes replenishment data, point-of-sale data, sales promotion information, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution/product deletions. - Assists in the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers including determining the appropriate algorithm for statistical forecasts. - Maintains and manages product history, accurate forecasting, and promotional demand. - Analyzes internal demand stream information and categorizes according to demand patterns. - Aligns sales/marketing intelligence for each operating unit for use in forecast systems, working with sales organization(s), national sales accounts, marketing, research and development, and related forecasting and planning groups.
