Role Description Diese Rolle umfasst die Vermarktung und den Verkauf des MiniMed Diabetes-Portfolios in den Regionen Bern und Solothurn in der Schweiz mit Fokus auf die Erreichung der Umsatzziele. Sie beinhaltet den Aufbau und die Pflege von Beziehungen zu medizinischen Fachpersonen sowie die Unterstützung durch Patienten- und Schulungstätigkeiten. Zudem gehören Planung, Forecasting und Marktanalysen zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen dazu. Die Position trägt ausserdem zur Umsetzung von Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Schulungsaktivitäten im Diabetesbereich bei. Die Verantwortlichkeiten können die folgenden Aufgaben sowie weitere zugewiesene Tätigkeiten umfassen: - Aktive Vermarktung und Verkauf des Diabetes-Portfolios von MiniMed innerhalb der definierten geografischen Regionen Bern und Solothurn zur Erreichung der Umsatzziele. - Aufbau, Pflege und nachhaltige Stärkung von langfristigen Beziehungen zu relevanten Stakeholdern im Gesundheitswesen – insbesondere zu medizinischem Fachpersonal in Kliniken und Praxen. - Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Informationsveranstaltungen für medizinisches Fachpersonal zur optimalen Anwendung des MiniMed-Portfolios. - Verantwortung für die Organisation und Durchführung von Patientenschulungen inkl. Jahresplanung, Beratungssprechstunden und individueller klinischer Unterstützung. - Erstellung und laufende Aktualisierung von Account-Plänen sowie Reporting im CRM-System (Salesforce „Lightning“). - Zuständig für regionale Forecasts und Marktanalysen inklusive Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Entwicklung strategischer Maßnahmen zur Marktpositionierung. - Mitwirkung an der regionalen Umsetzung von Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Schulungsstrategien im Bereich Diabetes. Qualifications - Erfahrung im MedTech-Umfeld - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson (Krankenschwester/-pfleger) oder Ernährungsberater/in - Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten sowie den eigenen Terminkalender effizient zu organisieren und zu steuern - Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Freude am Umgang mit Patienten - Medizinischer Hintergrund ist wünschenswert, z. Qualifications - Must be a graduate of a professional, accredited yoga therapy training program. - Hold a current certification through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). Requirements - Must be able to pass the background check prior to onboarding. - Highly proficient in video conferencing. - Must be able to successfully pass a VA background investigation (Low Risk/Non-sensitive) and complete credentialing through VetPro prior to providing care. - Ability to complete required MEDVAMC training classes. - Must meet the physical requirements to perform yoga instruction safely without physical restrictions.
