Our remote team in the UK have an exciting opportunity for an HR graduate to join us in Ireland, as the team continue to provide a world class service in our different regions. If you are a dedicated individual who thrives on building relationships and providing excellent customer service and working at pace with our employees, this is an opportunity worth exploring. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners regarding local benefits, leave eligibility, processes, and timelines. - Respond in a timely manner to compensation and benefits related queries through our HRIS system, Workday. - Administer and manage all local benefit and employee leave programs, including but not limited to medical, retirement, family care leave, medical leave, parental leave, and disability-related absences. - Coordinate with third-party leave administrators and insurance carriers to ensure accurate case management, documentation, and benefit continuation. - Ensure all employees are enrolled in relevant employee benefits, help provide data for audits. - Proactively support absence management (long term illness, maternity, paternity) with HR partners to ensure return to work processes are followed and HRIS system is updated. - Have an awareness of local regulations and defined company policies. - Ensure accurate continuation, billing, and reconciliation and payment of benefits and payment to benefits providers. - Closely partner with payroll to ensure correct pay, deductions, and adjustments for benefits and leave. - Support defining system requirements that facilitate efficiency, automation, and self-service for various HR processes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business. - Experience in HR, compensation, or benefits administration is preferred. - Experience working with HRIS (Workday) is advantageous. - Bilingual - fluent German preferred. Requirements - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. - Analytical, agile and adaptable with good problem-solving skills. - Ability to interpret policies and regulations and apply them consistently. - Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
