You will play a key role in driving dealership growth by consistently converting leads into booked appointments while maintaining a strong customer experience. Qualifications & Requirements Required: - 1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or call center role; automotive experience is an asset. - Comfortable working with AI-driven communication tools. - Proficiency with automotive CRM platforms (e.g., VinSolutions, eLead, DealerSocket, etc.). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. - Proven ability to meet or exceed appointment-setting and performance metrics.
