Roles and Responsibilities - Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communication across calls, texts, emails, and chat for both Sales and Service. - Monitor and engage leads through the Optimy.ai platform, stepping in where AI tools leave off to handle objections and secure appointments. - Qualify customer needs and convert leads into booked appointments while maintaining a strong customer experience. - Maintain consistent follow-up with unsold leads, no-shows, and service opportunities to drive conversion. - Accurately track all customer interactions and lead progress within the CRM system. - Execute workflows and scripts aligned with performance standards to ensure consistent conversion and appointment rates. - Meet or exceed KPIs including appointment setting, show rate, and overall lead conversion. Qualifications & Requirements Required: - 1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or call center role; automotive experience is an asset. - Comfortable working with AI-driven communication tools. - Proficiency with automotive CRM platforms (e.g., VinSolutions, eLead, DealerSocket, etc.). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. - Proven ability to meet or exceed appointment-setting and performance metrics.
