• Oversee the performance and growth of Customer Service, Prescription Processing, Client-specific teams, managing both internal staff and external vendors • Lead operational excellence across central fill pharmacy networks and courier delivery operations • Lead your team with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business success and increase efficiency while lowering the cost-to-fill on an annual basis • Manage quality, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction metrics to ensure FuzeRx remains the preferred infrastructure partner for telehealth and pharma partners • Establish requirements for capabilities and reporting, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver data-driven insights • Analyze data to forecast staffing needs based on program performance, optimizing resource allocation across multiple roles • Lead a large team of managers, supervisors and team members, establishing an environment of positive employee engagement and experience
• Define the long-term technical vision and architectural roadmap for FuzeRx’s B2B and consumer platforms • Lead by example by writing clean, highly optimized, and maintainable code for critical system components • Own the reliability and performance of our core platforms • Act as a technical consultant and mentor to engineers across multiple squads • Partner closely with Product Managers, Pharmacy Operations, and Engineering Managers • Architect systems with privacy by design • Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and patterns
• Lead and supervise a team of Consulting Pharmacists, overseeing daily operations, productivity, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery • Establish and implement reporting requirements, analyze operational data, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights that support continuous process enhancements • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs, coaching initiatives, and quality assurance processes that support team development and operational excellence • Forecast staffing needs based on operational demands and prescription volume to maintain appropriate coverage and service levels • Manage performance expectations, conduct ongoing performance evaluations, and provide training, mentorship, and coaching to direct reports • Develop and maintain expertise in pharmacy and communication platforms • Perform frontline pharmacist responsibilities as needed to support prescription volume, maintain staffing coverage, and ensure continuity of patient care • Work closely with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to align operational goals, improve workflows, and support organizational initiatives
• Conducting outbound calls to reach patients recently discharged from the ER • Support inbound calls from patients interested in our program • Assist with scheduling appointments, handling patient questions, and transferring to the appropriate UHG departments when applicable. • Assist with admin tasks to support patient care coordination • Work collaboratively with team members and our provider network to maintain an excellent model focused on patient care and high quality service • Become an expert with our software solutions, including but not limited to EMR, Slack, and Five9.
• Partner with the COO in our Rx Operations divisions to design and execute people strategies that align with long-term business objectives • Consult on team structures, succession planning, and workforce scaling to ensure we have the right talent in the right seats as we grow • Drive the annual performance cycle, compensation reviews, talent development and other people core process initiatives to identify and nurture our future leaders • Partner and coach people managers in retail pharmacy and fulfillment for people leadership excellence • Lead and resolve high-level employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations and providing coaching to managers to foster a healthy, compliant work environment • Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) to identify trends and provide proactive solutions to the executive team • Act as a champion for Fuze Health’s culture, ensuring our values are integrated into the employee lifecycle and driving initiatives that improve employee experience
• Partner with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and refine enterprise and business unit positioning • Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and audience narratives aligned to business priorities • Ensure consistency and alignment across brand messaging and customer-facing communications • Translate complex business concepts into clear, compelling, audience-centered messaging • Synthesize existing qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable audience personas and segmentation frameworks • Translate customer, market, and sales insights into implications for messaging and marketing narratives • Build persona frameworks to support marketing strategy, messaging, and integrated activation • Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed • Support development of scalable messaging frameworks, campaign processes, and brand standards
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow. • Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows and Apex • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using various integration tools and APIs - REST, SOAP, Batch jobs • Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform. • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines - we work with patient health data so this is of the highest priority. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform. • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending and implementing improvements. • Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Establish and lead an enterprise-wide pharmacy compliance and risk management program aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements • Serve as the senior compliance advisor to executive leadership on pharmacy regulatory matters, compliance risks, and emerging regulatory trends • Develop and execute a long-term compliance strategy that supports business growth while maintaining regulatory excellence • Promote a culture of ethics, integrity, accountability, and compliance across the organization • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, state pharmacy regulations, and other healthcare regulatory requirements • Oversee pharmacy licensing, accreditation, certification, and regulatory reporting activities • Lead responses to regulatory audits, inspections, investigations, complaints, and inquiries from government agencies and pharmacy boards • Direct enterprise pharmacy compliance risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies • Identify and proactively address areas of regulatory risk, including drug diversion, fraud, waste and abuse, privacy, data security, and operational compliance • Oversee compliance monitoring, auditing, and reporting programs to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement • Partner with clinical, operations, product, technology, and legal teams to embed compliance requirements into business processes and product development • Advise leadership on regulatory implications associated with strategic initiatives, new products, partnerships, and expansion opportunities • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing compliance organization
