Role Description The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be a vital member of the leadership team of the North American division of Edged Data Centers. He/she will play a key role in the monthly close process, preparing bank and regulatory requirements, analyses, and schedules. Role Description The Manager of Data Center Operational Excellence will be a vital member of the leadership team of the North American division of Edged Data Centers. This role is primarily focused on developing, implementing, and overseeing fleet wide processes to improve the overall operational posture of the organization. - Support comprehensive data center operations across regional facilities. - Provide strategic leadership for mission-critical infrastructure operations. - Drive operational excellence, reliability, and efficiency to meet stringent service level agreements and business objectives. - Develop and implement a drill program and change management process. - Work on strategic projects across multiple departments to improve operational excellence, team performance, safety, efficiency, and reduce costs. Role Description The Senior Manager, Energy Strategy will play a critical role in shaping and executing Edged’s power procurement and energy strategy in support of large-scale data center portfolio growth. As a member of the Energy team, you will work closely with the Acquisitions and Investments teams and work cross-functionally with Construction, Operations, Sales, and Finance to develop, evaluate, and execute energy initiatives that are aligned with client requirements and long-term business objectives. Provide technical support to internal stakeholders to further understanding. - Support Edged’s demand response program development. - Stay up to date on energy industry technologies and innovations to support Edged’s energy strategy development and advancement. - Stay up to date on relevant energy regulations as appropriate for Edged’s current and future energy strategy execution. - Document and record successful processes and policies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, energy management, or equivalent professional experience. - 5-10 years of energy industry experience, with deep industry contacts for support. - Knowledge of regulated utilities and ISOs/RTOs, including transmission system planning and rate design. - Exposure working with deregulated energy markets. - Experience negotiating contracts with utilities, retail electricity providers, and renewable developers including PPA’s and ESA’s. - Experience with gas contracting, both commodity and infrastructure. - Onsite generation system design and procurement. - Willingness to travel as required to fulfill job responsibilities. Communications - Regularly review Construction Progress, QA/QC, Commissioning progress, issues, and KPIs to review with team. - Coordinate meetings and activities of Commissioning Agents including integration of lessons learned. - Manage client representatives and partners to define and align on scope, schedule, and budget. - Attend owner/architect/contractor (OAC) and other project meetings. - Review project progress on scope, schedule and budget as required. Strategy and Development - Manage Data Center Commissioning Teams and people in their execution of project delivery strategy in alignment with the business strategy. - Refine practices/policies and develop methods/techniques for driving solutions including development of commissioning procedures. - Provide input to long-term delivery strategy and incorporate requirements into project execution plans. Skills & Requirements Education / Experience - Minimum 7+ years relevant MEP and Data Center construction/commissioning experience. - Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical) or a related field is typically required. - Certifications: Professional certifications related to commissioning or project management (e.g., Certified Commissioning Professional - CCP) may be beneficial. - Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of commissioning processes, construction codes, and industry standards. The Role At Edged, CAPEX projects are the engine of our growth. The Procurement Operations Lead (CAPEX) plays a critical role in ensuring that our data center builds are executed seamlessly from contract to delivery. This role owns the end-to-end procurement execution lifecycle—bridging Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and Construction—to ensure that every contract, purchase order, and vendor engagement is accurate, compliant, and aligned to budget and schedule. You will serve as the operational backbone of CAPEX procurement, ensuring that deals move from negotiation to execution without friction, risk, or delay. The Role At Edged, CAPEX projects are the engine of our growth. The Procurement Operations Lead (CAPEX) plays a critical role in ensuring that our data center builds are executed seamlessly from contract to delivery. This role owns the end-to-end procurement execution lifecycle—bridging Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and Construction—to ensure that every contract, purchase order, and vendor engagement is accurate, compliant, and aligned to budget and schedule. You will serve as the operational backbone of CAPEX procurement, ensuring that deals move from negotiation to execution without friction, risk, or delay. Key Responsibilities Procurement Execution & Contract Management - Own the full lifecycle of CAPEX procurement documentation, including MSAs, SOWs, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders - Partner closely with Legal to manage contract redlines, approvals, and execution workflows - Ensure consistent use of Edged-standard templates, commercial terms, and risk controls - Identify and resolve discrepancies across contracts, scopes, and commercial terms prior to execution Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Ownership - Lead the Procure-to-Pay process for all major construction and infrastructure projects - Issue and manage Purchase Orders and Work Orders, ensuring alignment with: - Negotiated commercial terms - Budget approvals - Tax and compliance requirements - Maintain accuracy across procurement systems and ensure audit-ready documentation Cross-Functional Alignment - Act as the central coordination point between Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and Construction - Ensure all required approvals, budget visibility, and compliance checks are completed before PO release - Drive operational clarity and accountability across stakeholders to keep projects moving at speed Vendor Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure all vendors meet insurance (COI), safety, and contractual compliance requirements prior to work commencement - Monitor and enforce Not-to-Exceed (NTE) values and contractual controls to prevent cost overruns - Proactively identify and mitigate procurement-related risks across projects Delivery Tracking & Reporting - Own and maintain the master delivery tracker for long-lead equipment and critical vendors - Track and report on: - Lead times - On-time delivery (OTD) - Vendor performance metrics - Provide early visibility into risks, enabling proactive mitigation by Sourcing and Construction teams Process Optimization & Scale - Continuously improve procurement workflows, tools, and documentation standards - Support the development of a scalable procurement operating model to match Edged’s rapid growth - Drive standardization across projects, vendors, and regions What You Bring Core Capabilities - Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline—you understand that precision in procurement prevents downstream delays - Strong understanding of contract structures (MSA, SOW, WO, PO) and how they interrelate - Ability to operate as a cross-functional integrator, aligning multiple stakeholders toward execution - Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action in fast-paced environments Technical & Systems Experience - Experience working within procurement and financial systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, or similar) - Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools and digital signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign) - Strong working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, controls, and compliance requirements Experience & Background - 5+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Contract Administration, or similar roles - Direct experience supporting high-value CAPEX projects in: - Data centers - Construction - Infrastructure - Energy or utilities environments - Proven track record of managing complex procurement workflows at scale #LI‑DNI EEO Statement: Edged is an equal opportunities employer. We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead the commercial strategy and lifecycle management for our most critical infrastructure categories (Power, Cooling, and Modular Solutions). You will be the primary architect of our category strategies, responsible for navigating a volatile global market to secure capacity and drive industry-leading value. This is a senior-level individual contributor role that requires a blend of technical curiosity, advanced negotiation skills, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies for high-spend categories. You won't just buy equipment; you will define how we buy, identifying opportunities for global frame agreements and volume leverage. - Serve as the lead for our most strategic partnerships. You will manage executive-level relationships, lead QBRs, and drive continuous improvement in quality, sustainability, and cost. - Lead complex, contract negotiations. You are responsible for the full commercial lifecycle from RFP drafting and bid leveling to final MSA execution and risk mitigation. - Identify and vet "second-source" opportunities to de-risk our pipeline. The Role At Edged, we are building the next generation of sustainable digital infrastructure. We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Strategic Sourcing team. This is a high-impact role where you will act as a junior Global Supply Manager, owning the commercial relationships and supply assurance for critical data center equipment (e.g., Transformers, UPS, Switchgear). You won't just be crunching numbers; you will be the primary point of contact for our key partners. You will ensure our vendors are performing, our costs are optimized, and our projects stay on schedule across our global portfolio. Key Responsibilities - Act as the commercial lead for assigned equipment categories. You will manage the day-to-day relationship with vendors and lead regular performance reviews. - Lead the RFP/RFQ process for your categories. This includes drafting scopes, leveling bids, and conducting TCO analysis to drive selection. - Support commercial negotiations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our terms, pricing (including $/MW targets), and delivery schedules are locked in and protected. - Proactively monitor vendor production and factory schedules. You are the "first responder" if a lead-time slips, working directly with the vendor to mitigate risks to our construction timelines. - Build and maintain "Should-Cost" models. You’ll track commodity trends and market shifts to ensure Edged maintains a competitive edge in procurement. - Partner with Engineering, Construction, and Finance to ensure technical requirements are met and that procurement stay aligned with project budgets.
