Role Description The Document and Process Implementation Analyst will be a vital member of the project delivery and project controls team of the North American division of Edged Data Centers. We are looking for someone who will work directly with the Portfolio Controls team and the expanded Platform Delivery teams. The position will be in support of various initiatives in Platform delivery with a focus on operations and execution in the implementation of processes and improving document control functions. The Document and Process Implementation Analyst needs to be an agile, team-focused individual, with proven professionalism, who is comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Qualifications - A college degree in addition to between 4 and 6 years of combined experience in Construction, Operations, software development, Accounting, or Finance. - Experience with various Cost Management Systems including Autodesk Cost is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with fast-track design/build projects and/or multiple significant upgrade projects. - Adaptability and teamwork experience in supply chain and a good understanding of implementing operational workflows. Requirements - Document Control Management: Lead the administration of the project document control system (Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360). Ensure all project stakeholders are following standardized naming conventions, folder structures, and approval workflows. - Process Design & Implementation: Partner with Platform Delivery Managers to design, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cost tracking, change management, and project scheduling. - Cost & Schedule Integration: Assist in the development of project-level cash flows and integrated master schedules. Ensure that document milestones (e.g., 60% Design, IFC) are correctly mapped to cost forecasts and schedule logic. - System Implementation: Support the rollout of Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and risk management processes across the portfolio. Assist the Project Controls Managers in exploring new systems and recommend system implementations to fit the portfolio. - Training & Compliance: Conduct training sessions for Project Managers and external vendors on new project control processes. Audit project data regularly to ensure compliance with the Program Management Plan. - Cost Accounting: Assist in cost accounting activities including reconciliation of actual costs, perform month end closeout activities, monitor project costs against budgets. - Reporting: Utilize Power BI and Autodesk Cost tools to produce real-time reports on document status, cost variances, and schedule health for executive review.
