Role Description The Vice President, Private Label Business Development & Commercialization is a critical senior leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and commercializing the North American Covetrus Brand private label portfolio. • Facilitate the planning and execution of successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Coordinate the development and delivery of key marketing assets (email, SMS, digital banners, print, etc.) • Manage campaign timelines, workflows, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure on-time delivery • Assist with interpretation of customers’ behavior and collaborate on creative ways to increase reach and sales • Maintain tracking systems, planning calendars, and reporting to ensure visibility and alignment across teams • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned to strategic priorities on an ongoing basis • Partner with analytics and marketing channels to track performance, KPIs, and surface key insights to inform optimizations and future planning • Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversion through testing and optimization • Effectively communicate campaign updates, timelines, and key messages across teams • Support end-to-end execution from concept through launch • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Support ad hoc initiatives and projects as needed
