The Role We are currently transforming the way we engage with our vet clinic customers by building a more dynamic, future-ready engagement model. As a result, we are now recruiting for the newly created role of Client Account Manager and we are flexible for you to be based out of either Brisbane (Northgate) or Sydney (Erskine Park). As Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of clinics, fostering strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role combines account management, outbound promotional engagement, and responsive customer communication to maximise customer satisfaction and strengthen long term partnerships. Your responsibilities will include - - Managing an assigned group of clinics within a defined geographic territory by building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with key clinic contacts to support customer loyalty and long term engagement. - Monitoring account performance, ordering patterns, and product usage to identify growth opportunities. - Conducting outbound calls to promote new products, marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers. - Providing insights to Marketing and Sales based on customer feedback and campaign engagement. - Responding promptly to customer enquiries, product questions, and service issues. - Processing customer orders received by phone, ensuring accuracy and timely entry. - Maintaining CRM (Salesforce) discipline, ensuring accurate logging of interactions, opportunities, and follow ups. - Partnering closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure service consistency and operational alignment. About You Ideally you will display - - Experience in inside sales, account management, or sales support. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills coupled with demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Experience in the veterinary, healthcare, or product-based distribution industry. - A customer centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability. - An ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts effectively as well as confidence in outbound calling and product focused conversations. - CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
