Covetrus

• Serve as primary owner for Workday Compensation and Performance (Talent Management) configuration, enhancements, and optimization • Design and support annual compensation cycles, merit planning, bonus processes, and performance review frameworks • Partner with Total Rewards and HR leadership to align system capabilities with compensation and performance strategies • Identify and implement AI-enabled and workflow automation opportunities to streamline HR technology operations • Leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and AI assistants for documentation, testing, reporting, and case triage • Configure and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence) • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with strong emphasis on Compensation and Performance/Talent
  • Proven experience managing Workday configuration, testing, and releases
  • Experience supporting compensation cycles and performance management processes
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights
  • Demonstrated experience implementing automation and AI-enabled solutions

Role Description Ensure Sheetz adheres to all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. Serves as the key liaison between the Sheetz HR and Legal teams.
