Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our global people function across the U.S. and international markets. This role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a focus on building scalable HR systems, ensuring compliance, and driving a high-performance culture. We have plans to grow 50%+ in headcount. You will partner closely with leadership to align people strategy with business growth, delivery models, and revenue goals. Responsibilities 1. Overview The Senior UX Designer will create user-centric, business-driven strategies, for e-commerce websites and execute them through interfaces that are functional, reliable, usable and beautiful. They will operate within a high-functioning, cross-departmental team of CRO experts, UI Developers, QA Analysts, and Project Managers to create and optimize the shopping experience for our client’s websites. You will be drawing from a treasure trove of cross-client learnings and ecommerce-best practices that Anatta has collated over its 11 years in the business - and working within a larger UX team of skilled designers and researchers. As a Senior UX Designer, you will own all aspects of User Experience design and development for your client, including gathering and understanding business & user needs, devising user flows, building out detailed annotated wireframes, high/low fidelity prototypes, and a wide range of strategic UX deliverables. Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design Lead to join our e-commerce agency team. This role involves leading design strategy and execution, managing multiple projects, mentoring a design team, and collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional partners to deliver user-focused, business-driven design solutions.
