Role Description Anatta is looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement professional to support and scale our sales organization by owning the tactical, operational, and enablement foundation of our sales process. This role will work closely with senior sales leadership to reduce administrative burden, streamline sales-to-delivery workflows, and build a cohesive system of sales collateral, tools, and processes. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for creating, organizing, and continuously improving sales materials, documentation, and systems that support the entire sales lifecycle, from first conversation through handoff to delivery. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing operations, sales enablement, or sales operations, and thrives in building structures where things are still evolving. Responsibilities - Sales Enablement & Collateral Development: - Create, update, and maintain sales collateral including: - Pitch decks and proposal templates - Case studies and client success stories - Sales scripts, discovery guides, and talk tracks - Service overviews and capability decks - Partner with sales leadership to translate offerings into clear, compelling, and repeatable sales materials - Continuously refine messaging and positioning based on sales feedback and customer insights - Sales Operations & Process Optimization: - Document and streamline the sales process and sales-to-delivery handoff, making each step clear and repeatable - Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient tasks and help build systems or workflows to reduce them - Support basic automation and process improvements across sales and marketing workflows (CRM, templates, intake forms, etc.) - Ensure sales materials and processes stay aligned as new services, offerings, or pricing models are introduced - Content Organization & Knowledge Management: - Build and maintain a centralized, well-organized repository for all sales content and documentation - Ensure materials are easy to find, clearly labeled, and always up to date - Own version control and lifecycle management of sales assets - Create simple documentation and internal guides so sales teams know how and when to use each asset - Ongoing Enablement & Iteration: - Work closely with leadership to understand evolving priorities, offerings, and go-to-market strategies - Regularly audit sales materials and processes to ensure relevance and effectiveness - Support enablement needs as the business grows into new service lines (e.g., managed services, new delivery models) - Act as a trusted operational partner to sales leadership, enabling them to focus on revenue-generating work Qualifications - 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations - Strong experience creating and managing sales collateral (decks, case studies, scripts, documentation) - Excellent organizational skills with an ability to build structure from ambiguity - Strong written communication skills in English - Experience supporting sales teams in a consulting, agency, or B2B services environment - Comfort working closely with senior leadership and translating strategy into execution - Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus), shared drives, and collaboration tools - High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Nice to Have - Background in marketing before transitioning into sales enablement or operations - Experience working in an ecommerce, technology, or consulting environment - Familiarity with RevOps concepts and sales/marketing alignment - Experience supporting distributed or remote sales teams Benefits - Remote first organization - Full medical, dental, vision, disability, and company paid life insurance - Employer 401(k) contributions - Employee assistance program - Start accrual with 20 days of PTO annually + holidays - Annual winter break: We close the week between Christmas and New Year's so everyone can truly disconnect and recharge - Paid parental leave - Company events, happy hours, and retreats - Budget for continuing education - Other perks vary by location
Job Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Strong experience creating and managing sales collateral (decks, case studies, scripts, documentation)
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to build structure from ambiguity
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Experience supporting sales teams in a consulting, agency, or B2B services environment
- Comfort working closely with senior leadership and translating strategy into execution
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus), shared drives, and collaboration tools

Role Description The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations – GTM Systems is a senior individual contributor role responsible for leading GTM systems optimization and change execution in support of full-funnel sales operations. - Sales Operations owns GTM systems strategy and governance; this role leads the operational management, optimization, and adoption of those systems to enable scalable, efficient sales execution from prospecting through close, with downstream visibility into renewals and expansion. - This role requires a seasoned Sales Operations professional with deep systems expertise, strong operational judgment, and a proven ability to drive change through enablement, communications, and cross-functional influence.
