This role requires strong product ownership across provider integrations, configuration management, transaction flows, and operational tooling. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with payment systems, blockchain transaction lifecycle, and exchange-grade deposit/withdrawal architecture. Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment and custody aggregation products: discovery, specification, delivery, and rollout. - Design scalable aggregator architecture concepts together with engineering and architecture teams (configuration-first approach, multi-provider routing, failover logic). - Define integration requirements and coordinate implementation with external vendors (custody providers, on-ramp/off-ramp providers, banking/payment rails). - Define and maintain deposit/withdrawal transaction flows, including validation, confirmations, settlement, and reconciliation logic. - Own configuration management requirements: provider onboarding, fee models, limits, geo restrictions, routing rules, fallback scenarios. - Ensure proper observability and operational readiness: monitoring, alerts, transaction status tracking, error handling, and incident processes. - Define product requirements for compliance, risk, and fraud prevention (KYC handoff, AML rules, transaction screening requirements). - Maintain high-quality product documentation: PRDs, functional specs, flow diagrams, API requirements, and release notes. - Drive cross-functional alignment with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support. - Manage delivery roadmap, priorities, and execution scope in alignment with business needs. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech, crypto, trading, payments, or digital products. - Experience with crypto exchanges, trading products, brokerage, fintech, or financial platforms is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of user acquisition, activation, retention, loyalty, and growth mechanics. - Experience working with referral programs, affiliate programs, reward systems, bonuses, VIP levels, or campaign management tools. - Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, business logic, and product documentation. - Strong analytical skills and ability to make product decisions based on data. - Understanding of key product and business metrics, such as conversion rate, retention, trading volume, CAC, LTV, referral conversion, reward cost, and campaign ROI. - Experience working with cross-functional teams: Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Support, and Back Office. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment. - Experience with anti-fraud logic for bonus abuse, referral abuse, multi-accounting, and reward farming. - Experience designing Back Office tools for campaign management and user operations. - Understanding of affiliate business models, commission sharing, CPA, revenue share, and hybrid payout models. - Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalized campaigns. - English level sufficient for writing product documentation and communicating with international teams. Benefits - Freedx is an equal opportunity employer. - We stand for an open and inclusive work environment that fosters the well-being of everyone. - We embrace and encourage differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our people unique.
