Director of Innovation – New Product Development

• Own the process end-to-end: spotting trends, shaping concepts, briefing suppliers • Monitor emerging US consumer trends across functional beverages, wellness supplements, and adjacent lifestyle categories • Create best-in-class briefs for our flavour houses and ingredient suppliers • Act as the connective tissue between the US market and TRIP's UK-based product, brand, and commercial teams • Report clearly and concisely on pipeline status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
• Manage D2C website orders and resolve warehouse issues. • Oversee B2B orders to retailers/wholesalers and ensure OTIF delivery. (Experience working with Target, Walmart, UNFI & KeHe a plus!) • Build strong relationships with customers and distributors, resolving operational issues and ensuring excellent service. • Lead operational execution across digital channels (Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.) • Troubleshoot order and delivery issues for customers. • Partner with warehouses to support U.S. order flows. • Manage stock, reporting, reconciliations, and invoicing. • Support Marketing with buyer/influencer send-outs and events.

• We're looking for a culturally-tuned Brand Manager to help build TRIP's brand presence in the US market. • You'll be the center spoke of US brand campaigns - connecting our Growth, Shopper, and Partnerships teams around a coherent TRIP story that resonates with US consumers. • This role sits at the heart of our global-to-local journey. • Working closely with TRIP's Global Brand team, you'll help bring campaigns to life in the US - translating global guidelines, language, and creative direction into something that feels genuinely native to a US audience. • From website copy to campaign messaging to channel briefs, you'll be a key brand voice ensuring everything we do in the US feels authentically TRIP.
